Nairne Corner Takeaway

Tried and tested, quite simple the best fish and chips in the Hills. Also the varied menu and chicken + the delish deli are always worth a shot. And the chips.

Seafood pack with salad&chips is brilliant, 10/10 everytime, it's the best chippy I've found in over 25 yrs living all around AUSTRALIA, lovely staff too!

Still my favorite chippery in the Mt Barker area.

They also do some Scottish fried foods.

Lunch was amazing the chips were crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The Mini Tug meat was cooked amazingly, such a nice grilled taste. The burger was good too and the patty is different then what I'm used to but so much better AND THE BUN! The Mars bar was good but a little to much batter. Overall great food and great quality!

Schnitzel was a bit over cooked. It needs to be cut into bit size pieces for take away because the bamboo utensils just don't cut it - literally!

A perfectly standard, as-expected corner shop. Little to no surprises, extremely competent at the basics and for that you've gotta give them the 5*.

Be aware that when a 2* joint gives you a flawless 2* experience they deserve a 5* review and that's what this is. It's a run-of-the-mill greasy spoon corner shop takeaway doing all the standby favourites at the right prices and quality for the area and price point. What more do i need to say? You know what you're in for and they'll give it to you every time without fail. You're not coming here for anything special and you know that, but they deliver exactly what you want, very shortly after you order it.

Quality meats and better meat to chip/salad ratio than the competition in Mt Barker. You are not just paying for mostly chips in your AB or Hot packs.
Meats well spiced! Makes a big difference.

Was given a raw burger. When my partner called to complain they offered no refund or replacement.

I am not usually a fan of takeaway shops but I have to say that the Nairne Corner Takeaway is one of the best I ever tried. Fantastic menu (with lots of options) and quick / great customer service. Good job guys!

Burger are very tasty and good amount of filling inside, fills the hole definitely, chips are crispy and nicely salted, had to wait couple of minutes just to smell the mouth watering food as it was fresh & hot would give 6 stars if i could lol THX

Extremely delicious food, happy atmosphere, and super friendly staff. I've been here a few times already and will continue to come back here whenever I'm in Nairne. My personal favorite.the seafood salad.

Their fish is cooked perfectly, as well as their: chips crunchiness, gravy consistency, and their potato cakes are the best in Nairne!

Phil & Camille are absolutely great. Lunch and dinners always busy. Weekends? Get in early. Last year we're voted best chips in Adelaide Hills. Pick a Yiros - to die for. Anything on the menu, you can't go wrong. Something for everyone.

Been a customer for a few years now. They knew I'd had a bad week so they gave me some free chips. Can't complain.:)

Fast preparation of order, great fish, fabulous squid, affordable. Finding a parking spot can be challenging so suggest ordering by phone, then park: D

Ordered a decent amount.thought it might take a while but to my surprise it was ready in no time at all.and very tasty

Always really good food and great service. My go to for dinner when I can't be bothered cooking, even though there are takeaways closer to me.
