Naan Tandoori - Best Indian Halal Restaurant in Adelaide reviews
65Went in this afternoon 20th of August 2021. He does not give you a chance to look at the board to place YOUR order all he does is says goat curry is good. Why? May be he have to get rid of his old stock. I ordered thali food with 2 non veg curries I swear it was nothing but totally rubbish. Chicken curry was like soup no salt, goat curry 2plain bones and a peice of liver I dont think its got liver looks just like chicken liver. $18: 50 for it. Totally was a rip of. Place is so dirty. Please, please don't go to this place.
Best amritsar kulcha with authentic taste along with choice (aloo, gobhi, paneer and mix). Highly recommended.
The worst Indian I have eaten. The Tikka Masala and the Vindaloo was served runny and chicken was well under cooked. Tasted awful and refused to take all left over home. Never again
One of the best Indian restaurants in Adelaide…. Taste just like Punjab…. Highly recommended…. Superb service…. Visit once and find yourself coming again and again….
This is the best indian authentic food like home I had and uncle is absolutely lovely so I recommend everyone to go and enjoy both hospitalit & food love it️️
Small servings of ok tasting food. Burnt naan. Disappointing. On the positive the price was fair and there was a nice warmth to one of the dishes. The vegetarian dish had tofu which I normally dislike but it was actually nice.
Perfect Indian sizzling breakfast. Try out their samosa chaat, Chole batura, aaloo pyaaz parantha.best in Adeliade CBD. Cheers
I tasted food at this place and it was just osmm.same taste was same as punjabii food even much better.really appreciated.
The samosas here are absolutely delicious and the owner is very friendly as well! Will be sure to visit again in the future to try more of their tasty food. Definitely recommended:)
Very delicious food and budget friendly for students must recommend to everyone. Pure Indian taste. I must come again
The curry is fine, the naan is pretty good, and it’s all quite decent for the price, but don’t expect anything special.
Abit expensive. Smells nice, but with maccas and hjs next door for a meal that will cost upto 5 dollars less.id rather buy 6 hamburgers from maccas rather then pay the 13 or more for a takeaway of this place. Theres better out there
I come to Naan Tandoori whenever I am working in Adelaide. The food is always fresh and beautiful. It’s cheap and always hits the spot. I recommend to all
I have heard a lot about the daals (lentils) made in India, and when I got to taste the Daal Makhni at Naan Tandoori, it was out of the world. With just the right blend of spices and carefully prepared to put to the plate, I would recommend this to one and all.
It was one evening when I was hungry and craved for some samosas. I was at Naan Tandoori and tried their samosa chaat. With a normal samosa blended with some tangy and spicy sauces, it was a treat. It was $12.50, and it was worth it
This is by far the best curry I’ve ever eaten. And the garlic and cheese naan is so amazing. Five stars every day
Having heard of the delicious butter chicken that talks loudly about the richness of the food in terms of taste as well as spices, I was at Naan Tandoori to try them out. We had ordered for the medium sized one, and it cost $7. Not bad for something so delicious.
Hailing from India and missing its authentic taste of food is something natural but when I was at naan Tandoori, things took me back to time. I ordered for Chicken Tikka Masala, and it was something to relish for $6. I would come back for the other dishes as well.
I had eaten Aaloo Parantha at a friend’s place, and I loved how you can fill bread with potatoes and toast it the Indian way. I was at Naan Tandoori the other day, and I thought of ordering one for myself. It had the same Indian touch to it and all at $8 which was served with raita and chickpeas
