They have recently updated this Myer store and have finally brought it out of the 19th century into the 21st. Actually enjoy going here over DJs now

Good layout. Typical Myer. Mum always took me to Myer as a kid, then back again to return things.

Will was fantastic in helping me with shoe sizing even after I sent him back and forth, fantastic customer service

Didn't enjoy the new interior, way too bright and feels like a work in progress? Not welcoming at all. Can't fault the staff, it's absolutely not their fault.

I hadn't been to the Marion Shopping Centre for a few years because I live in Salisbury.inside the place is alive with people. Well-lit shops, most giving generous mid-year discounts on their Spring Sale.eg. 40% off handbags.
Lots of, some. Several well-signed rest rooms with a in each.

The staff we dealt with were exceptionally helpful and friendly, it was a nice experience.

They have commenced in rejuvenating the store in stages, would be better if they could provide more staff! Also introduced many new unfamiliar brands to their range! Would be a better place if you could find someone to serve you, waited for almost an hour for somebody to serve me! Like most department stores, they'd rather you made your purchases on-line. It appears that they don't like employing salespeople as it costs too much! Employ order takers and have a high turnover of staff. Like their Rundle Mall store, seem to have more than an abundant amount of foreboding security staff that appear menacing! Must lose out in sales and I prefer to shop around where I get prompt service rather than hunt around for a team member! Ground floor includes skincare, fragrances, hosiery, clothing accessories, homewares and appliances, bedding and bathroom items, kitchen ware, cookware etc! On the upper floor is women's, men's and children's wear, shoes and other related lines! Hope the refurbishment holds them in good stead and sales improve!

New modern layout, very open, fresh design. Customer service counters visible and easy to find. Great range of products.

Tried calling ladies shoes today 4 lyby 3x very poor service no-one picks up the phone! U need t address this management

Temp is always too high in here and there are no waiting seats near the change rooms for partners to sit on

I bought 2 t shirts 20$ each.they cut 50$ doller.next day they say we put back into your account but didn't receive.

Great staff, very helpful in difficult times. Department stores are battling on line shopping. If you want to keep your local department store in business please support them. Love Myer Marion.

The security gate buzzer went off when entering the toilets near the Lego area.
When we left the toilet, a female shop worker called someone

When we left the shop, they treated me like a thief. Of course I showed my bag to the humble security person and left, but it was extremely unpleasant until left shop.
The manner in which the woman worker treated us as thieves is one of the worst I've ever seen,

"especially" when they call someone and treat us like thieves.
It is very offensive to think that she was giving them a description of our appearance over the phone.

I will never visit this shop again.

And to prevent more people from being offended, please update the old security gate and the training of the worker as soon as possible.
Thank you for making me feel bad about my precious day.

レゴ売り場のトイレに入るときに、防犯ゲートのブザーがなりました。
トイレから出ると女性店員が誰かに電話をしてその後、
後を
店から出ると泥棒扱い。もちろんバッグの中を謙虚なセキュリティの方に見せてそのまま帰りましたが店を出るまで不愉快極まりなかったです。
"特に"私達にわかるように電話をして泥棒扱いするこの店員の方のマナーの悪さは私の中で過去最低レベルの店です。

電話越しに容姿の特徴を伝えられてたと思うと‥

二度とこちらには来店しません。
そして古い防犯ゲートと店員の教育を早急にアップデートして頂きたい… 貴重な一日を悪い気分にして頂いて感謝申し上げます。。

Beautiful store excellent quality products with excellent customer satisfaction service was excellent they went above and beyond for me pick out my products and held them for until I picked them up that afternoon

I am so over staff saying "oh its because of covid"
If I buy onlline in this case a quilt cover which I returned STILL in its original packaging.then I have EVERY right as a consumer to return it!
Even if I laid it out to see whether it suited my decor I STILL have the right as a consumer to return it.
No wonder staff have to put up with angry customers, because they are told all this rubbish about covid.
Get over it!
And if things cannot be returned then by law that has to be made clearly known to a consumer.
Wonder how many consumers fall for this rubbish!

Well laid out department store but staff are becoming hard to find, particularly if you need assistance or have queries.

Went in to purchase a couple bottles of Dior Sauvage, asked an older women if they had any left in Stock and she gave me a blunt “nope sold out” so I then pointed to a bottle in the display cupboard and asked if that was in stock and insisted she checked out back. Sure enough there were 10 left in stock and I purchased 1 of them. Gave me a filthy look when I walked out for some reason. Poor service.

They seem to be terribly understaffed as I couldn't get anyone to show me the ladies watches from locked counters for at least 15 mins. However, once someone was available, they provided great service.

Great place to go shopping if you can find signs or staff to help you find what you are looking for

Love this store, you might think it's going to be super expensive but they almost always have brilliant deals available!
