You need to think very carefully before dealing with these guys. On the plus side, their products are first rate. Fantastic meat, and good prices.

On the negative side. Our dealings with them have been riddled with numerous mistakes and incompetence. They have charged us multiple times for a single order, delivered food we didn't order, delivered food to us which was ordered by somebody else, etc. And we've only been ordering from them for a few months.

So, if you do order from these guys, be prepared for problems.

Bought online from them as a first time customer.

Have had 4 issues:
1) Zero communication on delivery dates/times
2) Some items got refunded for no reason. Not sure if out of stock. No replacements offered. 45% of order not done.
3) Refund supposedly takes 2-3 weeks to reflect.
4) Also asked for specific portion sizes, not done, not answered, no communication about it at all. If not possible at least tell me

Not good enough in a competitive online market. Would love to change review if I ever order from them again.

My Butcher service and products are always of the best quality. The meat products and range are exceptional, fresh, juicy and tender. Tony and Renee and the My Butcher team are there to support your business with the best quality meats on offer. They are doing South Australia Proud with local and fresh products. I wouldn't recommend any other wholesale butcher other than My Butcher.
