Needed a hearing check. Searched hearing aids Adelaide and chose My Hearing for the test. A very rewarding experience beginning with a most welcoming greeting from Deb before having the test done by Dean. On conclusion Dean thoroughly explained the result then demonstrated an array of aids available, selected the most suitable for my need and explained why, then went through the cost and rebates available. The whole experience was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend My Hearing. As a bonus you will also enjoy the benefit of on-site parking.

I like that it’s not affiliated to one brand of hearing aid. That is not the norm for hearing aids in Adelaide.

I cannot recommend or speak highly enough of Dean and his team. If you need hearing aids in Adelaide, this is the place to go. They worked very hard to fit us in at short notice, as we don't live in Adelaide. Dean's approach to what we needed was very personal and greatly appreciated. The follow up has been appropriate and timely. The opportunity to use the technology to stay in touch remotely is a real bonus! As an independent, private operator, they can give you a much wider range of options, than the corporates. This is vital when the costs can be very high - and we can't possibly keep up to date with all the brands/options - but they can! We are very pleased we made the decision to use My Hearing for the new hearing aids needed in our household.

If you live outside Adelaide, the Victor Harbour location allows consultations to be done in a relaxed environment without the need for city travel and parking. It’s great to be able to access such competent help in selecting hearing aids.
