So disappointed. Ordered over $60 worth of food from them via menu log. After half an hour past the estimated delivery time we rang them and asked if it had been picked up. A younger sounding lad asked a woman about the order and she responded it was put in at 6: 30, they should definitely have it by now. Just as my partner got off the phone the food arrived, opened it up and it was soggy and cold.i asked the delivery driver if pick up was late and he seemed evasive about the question and then said they were late so i rang them back and asked if pick up was on time or not as we just received our order and it was cold and soggy. The young lad was asking what sounded like a women questions about the order and was very apologetic. He asked me to describe the driver and clicked straight away and said we had heaps of trouble with him last night and late orders I'm so sorry. He then offered 3 options being to remake and send the food (it was by then 8: 30pm and 2 of the orders are for a 6 and 8 yr old), to offer a discount on our next order (the order was a treat while kids are visiting on holidays and returning home tomorrow) or that we lodge the issie with menu log and they'd offer a full refund. This is what we decided on, the lad even provided me with the number and told me what they would need to process it. We call menu log, explain the issue and they go call the take away to confirm, the gentleman then comes back to me and tells me the woman he spoke to said she never offered a refund and is only willing to offer partial discount off the next order. I told him i never even spoke to a woman and that we wouldnt be ordering from there again as it was a holiday treat. Really disappointing that we were told there would be co-operatiom im the refund and then it being refused. We were also left with 4 meals cold and soggy.

OMG if you havent tried this Pizza Kitchen's Cheesecakes you have not lived.
I highly recommend making the trip purely for the cheesecakes.
Mars Bar Cheesecake, Death By Chocolate Cheesecake and the Triple Layer Cheesecake are among their best.
Their Chicken Schnitzels in their Meals are huge and easily enough for two people to share a standard meal making it an affordable take away option.

Everything is great here. EXCEPT the pizza.the base was so soggy the cardboard underneath was breaking apart. Genuinely worst pizza ive ever had, will see how I go getting a refund.

Very unhappy customers, had a Lamb AB Pack which the meat was very overcooked, didn't taste nice at all & wasnt very hot. Had a Lemon Cheesecake which was very dry to eat & tasted like playdough. We had 2 milkshakes & they had no flavour. Not to mention our delivery being almost 20 minutes late. Won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered a BBQ chicken, will give a + for the amazing marinated chicken but overall pizza was very below average, so called garlic bread was hard as a rock and drink was hot.
Sadly I will continue using pizza delight a few shops up from now on

At the time of writing order hasn't arrived after close to 4 hours and the owner insists it was delivered to me and taken, refuses to admit delivery driver fault and is flatout calling me a liar.
Order finally arrived after just over four hours and the pizza is not cooked at all, wont be going here again

Save your money these people have no clue how to run a business or dealing with customers.
The food burnt cold and over priced.
