35Old guy on the phone in the office was rude, didn’t understand anything and hanged up. Taxi driver who rocked up was great and he really made it a good easy experience. Shame about the old guy in the office.
Booked to go from Stirling to Adelaide & return to Stirliing Was advised will need up to 1 hours notice to ensure a taxi is free for the return trip. Rang up for the pick up befoe 10pm and no taxi was available until 1am. Driver was checking his phone messages at the lights.
What a joke! Cant get home on saturday night because they are booked out 10pm on wards. And no other taxi will come to mt barker because Des has a monopoly. What country do we live in?
On a Monday night I was told 20 minutes maximum wait. Over an hour and a half later. This disgraceful taxi service 100% justifies the existence of Uber. There were no apologies. Both the driver and callback centre used poor excuses blaming other customers. Thanks to the incompetence of Dez's Taxis' Mount Barker, I will never use a taxi service again. Thank christ Uber is now available in the Adelaide Hills! #gouber
They don't deserve to be operating a taxi service in Mount Barker. We booked a cab two days in advance and they still weren't here. Tried calling their phone to check and we were on hold for almost an hour without answer. Hard to believe they're the only taxi service available in Mount Barker. This isn't the first time they've disappointed but will be the last one for us.
Edit: It seems they get away with it by blaming the passenger, logging it as "Passenger couldn't be found". Ridiculous!
Pre booking what a joke! So relieved I didn’t pay in advance, service never turned up, when I called was told there was a delay but no idea of when they would get there so unreliable don’t recommend them at all.
Absolutely appalling service over the weekend. We had booked and prepaid a 17 minute journey to a wedding. They were 20 minutes late to pick us up, no apology from the driver. When the time for the return journey came (booked for 11.40pm) we waited and waited and called at 12.05pm to be told they don’t have enough taxis and would we be willing to share a maxi taxi with other people. The other people had also already prepaid so the taxi driver basically got double the fare to do half the work and we had to share with people who weren’t impressed that they had to drop us at our destination first. Extremely unimpressed and put a damper on a night of celebrations.
Completely unprofessional. The driver came over 30 minutes late with no notice from the company about delay. When I called because it was late I was informed that despite me booking and receiving a confirmation, they had overbooked and had no available cars. This is the second time this has happened.
Mt Bogan Taxis would get more than one star, but they're just so good at consistently not turning up, that I can't in good conscience give them more. Pre-booking doesn't matter. Feedback bothers their call centre mob.
Avoid like the plague. Mt Bogan isn't that bad really, do your shopping online and walk. Use a Keo. Never leave your house again. Move towns completely.
I called a cab to pick me up from a location that granted wasn’t central but only 10 minutes out of town. It took 45 minutes before I found another option and had the courtesy to tell them as such and received unprofessionalism and was lambasted for that fact I cancelled. Be better, be in contact and don’t take 45 minutes and when someone calls to let you know, apologise for taking nearly an hour and not be a jerk when I could of just not told you at all
Never around when you need them.
Often a 2 hour + waiting time on the weekend.
When you manage to get them though, they are lovely.
The customer service i received from the operator was appalling, she couldn't have been anymore rude if she tried.would definitely recommend uber, or just walking, over going with this shambolic mess off a service
Absolute farce of a company. Attempted to get a patron home safely from my place of work, the cab rocked up and then drove off after waiting no more than 5 minutes for us to get him outside and safely into the cab.
I called up to complain and insisted that someone contact me during office hours to discuss the issue and didn't hear from them
Can't wait for Uber to return to the hills and put these clowns out of business
Organised a mini bus for my daughters wedding on the 12th November, both to get there and return. On both occasions the driver was on-time, and even went out of his way to take an extra couple elsewhere after he had dropped us off at our destination. Will definitely use again.
Although we called in the afternoon, was informed that we could not get a taxis until after 1am on a Saturday night. Poor service. Try using public transport.

Experienced two easy, prompt, polite pick ups today (with Sigi/Siegfried and David) to and from home whilst having tyres replaced. Not peak period and just within a small radius, but polite and professional service from the dispatched and drivers,
I ordered a taxi to the Gumeracha hospital (waited the 30 minute time I was told) received a call 35 minutes later to say they couldn't take booking without pre payment and driver would be a further 45 minutes.totally unprofessional.
Booked with this service after getting the run around from a large competitor, who had 4 different drivers call and then cancel on me when they realised I didn’t want to go to the city. Within 10 minutes of booking the taxi was at my door. Polite driver, absolutely no dramas, and happy to take me the local destination I needed 10 minutes away from the pickup location.
Was a tad nervous reading the reviews but they were fine. I was told it would be a 25-30min wait. Got a sms message that the taxi was close. The gentleman was friendly and was there in the exact time as said.
I haven't ever waited that long for a taxi BUT being the only service in MB, it was perfectly fine. Best for people that are home and need to head somewhere, not the best if you're waiting outside.
