The practice provides high quality care and service to its clients. The convenience of phone consults with escripts is a fabulous in home service. Reception staff are always courteous and friendly with a smile and happy to help.

Having moved to Mount Barker a year ago the doctors here have been amazing. They have helped me and my family with issues we were struggling to get help with at numerous other clinics. I am a DVA patient which can be frustrating with some practices but never here, they always make the process easy and my health care comes first

Mt Barker medical clinic has friendly and helpful staff who greet you with a smile and are always willing to help wherever they can.

The GP I see (Dr. O'Driscoll) which I have been seeing for years, is compassionate about what she does, always has a friendly and approachable demeanour and is willing to listen to you and not treat you as a number. She will take the time you need to address your issues and always ask if there is anything else that needs to be addressed before you leave. Sometimes your appointment time can be late as she offers the same level of kindness and care to all her patients, so I don't mind waiting that extra time some days as I know the doctor actually cares about your well-being and your health, and I could always book an early morning appointment to avoid any prolonged waiting time.

I have had medical reviews by the nurses there and they are also very passionate, caring and want the best for your healthcare and action things promptly and inform your GP for follow up of any issues requiring review.

Overall the clinic is clean and feels modern, open and fresh, with many GP's, female and male, along with blood collection on-site (Australian Clinical Labs) and other medical facilities in the same building (such as dental). I cannot fault the care I or my children have received from Mt. Barker Medical Centre GP's, nurses or other staff.

I have been seeing Dr O'Driscoll for many years. She is a great doctor, very attentive and thorough, always makes time to work through health concerns patiently. The Mt Barker medical clinic is a beautiful purpose built facility, light and bright, spacious and great services on site. The staff are organised, helpful and polite. The drive is worthwhile for a great doctor in a great location.

Both dr sargent and the nurse were fantastic with my Twinnies for there injections love a practice that's great for families and kids.

It's a lovely surgery receptionist very friendly and helpful ive just started going there seats are spaced out and the doctor was lovely all the staff were very friendly thank you.

Great Clinic. Been going there for many years. Both the admin staff and the medical/nursing staff are always so friendly and helpful. Plus they always try their hardest to fit you in no matter how busy they all are, should you need to see someone unexpectedly. I do hope they will keep the telehealth system too!
