Thank you for your beautiful carnations. They looked fantastic on my mum and dads anniversary cake. They finished it off perfectly.

Lovely shop, smells wonderful as you walk in the door. Purchased beautiful gerbras for my daughter.

Did not deliver the same day. Delivery was kept overnight from where it was picked up from (30km from where It was supposedly getting made) by Australia post so were not fresh from the day I ordered. Just lies.

Great florist. They did everything I asked for, delivery was quick and reasonably priced. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

I received flowers from a dear friend who spent a lot of money at ‘all in bloom’ in trying to surprise me. On receipt of my flowers the water in the vase looked like swamp water (I wish I was over exaggerating). The Lilly’s were closed which was fine but the roses and other flowers in the arrangement looked wilted and half dead. Consequently, by the time the Lily’s opened the other flowers were well and truely dead. So at no point did this flower arrangement look nice. Very disappointing. I have photos of the receipt of the flowers and photos of the flowers 7 days later that I wish I could upload. When arranging a floral arrangement that includes Lily’s you need the freshest of other flowers. Don’t skimp and try to get rid of the older flowers, take them home and decorate your house, don’t charge customers top price for flowers that are past their use by date. Unfortunately the arrangement would have been lovely if fresh flowers were used. If I could have found a private contact to lodge this complaint I would have used it rather than post it publicly so you may want to make that easier to find on your webpage

Disgusting! I ordered flowers for a special occasion to get delivered. The flowers that arrived were not what I ordered. I also paid a small fortune for them and they looked like a $20 bunch from the local servo. When i rang to discuss the matter their customer service was absolutely appalling! Will never recommend or use again!
