Mr Cheese

I ordered an 8-inch birthday cake for $65, which is now smaller and shorter with less cream. Very little cream you wouldn't even notice it, you know kids love cream, I know everything has gone up in price, but the merchants are reducing their products in a disguised way to save costs, which will destroy their own brand, if they don't change, I will not order cakes from your store in the future. I hope you can change ，I would rather you raise the price so that my family can have a beautiful cake and happy birthday! Please don't waste so much money buying such a bad cake! Because it's not worth it!

The staff wasnt so polite honestly, they gave me the wrong one and their voice sounded pissed. But yes i love the cake here its amazing

I bought a strawberry chiffon cake, it tastes good. The staff was so patient to wait for our decision. (My son wanted to buy the blackforest after the staff packed the strawberry cake.) Support! Will come back.

I like the food but the customer service was… UMMM
I’ve never been there and asked if the place was new and the lady who served said no, not even when it first open. Like how disrespectful but anywayssss good food tho

Absolutely love the Japanese Cheesecake! I’m usually not a fan of cheesecake as it's too rich and creamy but this is light and great as dessert.

Bought a strawberry tart for 9.5 dollars, which is soggy and taste off. You can have a much better tart from centre market with cheaper price.

Been queuing up for so long…. Only 1 staff and she doesn’t know who she suppose to serve coz everyone are everywhere.small store but cant manage well.

Such a good staff (a lady 170-175cm height with glasses) who attracts more customer to repeat

Ordered 4 cream puff from Uber eats and they were all off. The shells were very soggy and filling has become sour. Taste like has been made for few days. Disgusting!

Food was okay but service was horrible. I understand that covid is happening but staff showed me the size of the cake from a very far distance.when I complained I couldn't see she acted like I was asking a stupid question. Overall customer service was horrible and staff was rude at the Hindley store

Honestly really enjoyed this dessert. If you're looking for that perfect dessert come to here，the staff were friendly and helpful.

I used to enjoy different kind of cakes and puffs from Mr. Cheese. It was amazing especially the durian puffs! They were my favorite, very rich and delicious.
Recently, I found the customer service was terrible. I did not feel very welcome and just put me off from buying any cakes.

I brought a small Tiramisu cheesecake for my wife's birthday. Absolutely delicious, better than I expected and more importantly, the wife loved it.

I love this place. I have been getting chiffon cakes from here and they have not disappointed me. Cakes are very fresh, light, and delicious! Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend this place.

Their Japanese style cheesecake would have to be the lightest, fluffiest cake ever. If you want it decorated, order beforehand.

Delicious Japanese cheesecakes! Service is always quick & friendly. I wish they had a bigger range and more locations in Adelaide.
