I have been at this clinic for a few years, this year I have had the pleasure of meeting Dr Shalini. She has been excellent as a practitioner for myself and my children. Her friendly and warm manner made my children feel confident and able to participate in their appointment. I have also felt listened to and respected as a patient which is greatly appreciated.

Mount Barker & Balhannah Medical Centre is an exceptional clinic. Dr Jacqui Wagner has been outstanding with my pregnancy and postpartum care. She is friendly, personable, highly skilled, thorough and allows time for asking questions.
On a recent visit, my baby saw a different doctor who was equally as caring, validating my concerns for my daughter. I was even offered a room to breastfeed her after my appointment before leaving the clinic; another nurse offered me water and generally just made me feel so welcome and cared for as a new mum.
The reception staff are always welcoming and friendly.

Staff and some doctors have poor education about mental health. Very poor for a busy growing town. Learn how to deal with unwell patients!
