Morphettville Motor Inn

Only needed a room for a night to then move on the next day. It served its purpose. Bed uncomfortable, in bed of maintenance, good air blowing around the door (it was freezing), bathroom was freezing and generally a 1 star rated room.

Friendly staff, rooms are very new and clean. One of the best motel type places we’ve stayed really nice.

Ample parking however it may be difficult to get it in front of your room. Pool facilities were nice. Overall comfortable stay.

1st time to Adelaide & booked online so hoped we had picked a good place. Was good with friendly staff

I spent the night here in the 'family room' staff and are were great. Decently priced especially during the holiday session. There is pub/tavern next door for half decent meal. Next time back in Adelaide from K. I I definitely stay again.

Room has all that we needed for our two week stay. Staff do an excellent job of cleaning the rooms and keeping us in fresh towel and topped up with coffee tea milk. They are always happy and helpful. Great location. Thank you.

Very clean room, modern interior, good price for where it is located easy trip to airport or city centre. I have stayed at a lot of places and this is extremely good for such a cheap price. Definitely would recommend and come back again. Also free parking on-site was a bonus

A very traditional motel close to adelaide CBD. Rooms are clean and tidy, staff are accomodating and friendly to deal with.

We stayed in the king room - The room was on level 2, and only accessed via stairs (down stair rooms are available). Very large room, with a fridge, Microwave and kettle. The room had a modern 32” Samsung LCD TC (2015+) the bathroom was clean and modern- but basic. The only let down would have been the bed, I have a back injury and I struggled with the bed a little - however I am yet to stay in a motel that has had a bed that is comfortable. As expected its on a main road so traffic noise is noticeable during peak hour, but nothing unexpected for the area and quite acceptable.

Hard to judge pricing at the moment, The SA government gave out a lot of tourists vouchers so Adelaide in general at the moment is very expensive to stay in compared to pre-covid prices. For the moment expect to pay 120-150 a night, and for the time being that seems about right for a place like this.

I got to stay here when I was travelling through to do a shutdown this place was available and very accommodating, being from western Australian and all the covid restrictions in 2020 these guys made it a breeze thank you

Affordable however bed was very uncomfortable, window in the bathroom doesn’t shut, plumbing is super loud and the walls are super thin and you can hear everything your neighbours are saying/doing.

Very clean and tidy. Spacious parking lot. Strongly recommend. I am going to stay here again next time

Terrible plumbing, loud noises in plumbing when neighbours using taps. Was not able to sleep

Room dirty, bed bugs biting us the whole night. Walls so thin you think you are in the same room as your neighbours

Horrible stay! Do not recommend! The bed was full of things itching us, it was horrible! I would t even pay $20 to stay and I would definitely not recommend anyone to stay here

Lovely owner Kathy, caring staff, clean rooms and everybody been very friendly with our 18 months old baby and 2 dogs felt like home. Huge thank you to all made our holiday!

Stayed 2 nights at MMI, found the rooms actually better than I expected for the price. Easily meets your needs from on site parking, beds, TV, bathroom facilities and clean, updated rooms and NO STALE ROOM SMELLS that you get most of the times in some other places. The service from front office was super friendly and accommodating and even helped out with our laundry without hesitation. My wife and I value that old school friendly, helpful nature, sad to think that we need to call it old school, should just be the norm, people respecting people, strangers and all. Give this place a crack, you wont be disappointed. Thank you to the staff at MMI from Marc and Connie.

Cheap and well situated Inn. Nice and clean room, close to public transport. Inviting pool area, will stay again.

Great location for both Glenelg and the city. Room clean and bed comfortable. Car parking available. Would definitely recommend.
