I had a consultation today with Dr Gary Moldenhauer - he was extremely efficient and friendly and completely allayed my fears and anxiety even though I had never been a patient in the After Hours clinic before. I am very impressed with the service here and will certainly use their services again.

Fantastic - the receptionist was incredibly sweet & accommodating from the time of booking & kept us updated while at the practise
Dr. Gary was SO kind, thorough & supportive. I have never felt more like a patient and less like a number than I did here.

The lady who answered the phone was unbelievable rude and rushed me.
I understand it’s a busy job, but I wouldn’t be calling if I wasn’t sick.

Receptionist was unwelcoming and seemed as though they didn't want to be there. The doctor dismissed my symptoms and didn't take me seriously.

I took my daughter to the clinic when she started wheezing & coughing & then vomiting. The receptionist was just lovely & the Doctor super thorough & kind. Very happy with the care we received!

Front desk lady was very rude and spoke down to me. Doctor said "I don't know what's wrong with you".

Okay? Not going back here again. The lady at the front desk shouldn't be working with people, because she has no people skills.

Very disappointed with my experience.

I called this morning (08/11/22) to make an appointment only to be spoken to so rudely by the receptionist when I simply queried as to why the clinic wasn't open tonight. The way I was spoken to was not acceptable and when I went to ask the name of the person I was speaking to she hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting phone manner by a receptonist in a after hours clinic where sick and people in vunerable situation are calling in.

I called early to book my appointment to see Doctor for 5 mins vax. The Receptionist in the morning confirmed my appointment at 7: 00pm.
After being a line to check in, the duty receptionist said wait in the chair. There were 4 more people after me for 7: 15,7: 30 appointment, they saw doctor and left already but me sat there for 1 hour with no luck.
I went up to check with the receptionist she confirmed your appointment was actually at 7: 30pm and there for still have 3 more patients before me! Seriously. 5 mins of vaccination took me an hour of nothing.

My partner just visited this clinic to get a diagnosis for her stomach pain. Was met with rudness and no clear explainions about what it might be only what it wasn't. Was told to take a urinal test to test for a UTI and while she was trying to go rudely saw another patient for quite some time. Disappointed and won't be back

Dr. Gary and Marie were amazing and very accommodating. Late night urgent care was needed and they took me in with no appointment. Truly an after hours clinic. Kudos and thanks for your wonderful work. 10 to you.

Waited 75 minutes past our appointment time without seeing doctor with a whinging child. Really, really bad. Left out of frustration and because I don’t have 75 minutes to waste. Didn’t actually see doctor.

Made an appointment, but gave up waiting after we still hadn’t seen the doctor in 75mins. Appealing. Waste of an afternoon.

After receiving no treatment at my own GP and being told by Noarlunga hospital that they were unable to tend to the embedded glass in my hand I called m/v medical care.
I was expecting to hear the same story, but was pleasantly surprised that they had a Doctor Who actually could do his job properly.
DR Gary Moldenhauer didn't hesitate at doing this small surgical procedure where at my GP and Noarlunga hospital had turned me away.
I can't speak highly enough about his professionalism.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him.
Well done morphett vale medical care for hiring a compitent doctor where others had failed and put my care in the too hard basket, he went above and beyond to help.

My toddler suffers from chronic ear infections. While waiting for surgery we are at the GP alot to keep the infections under control. THREE times now the female doctor here (dr Amin?) has said his ears look fine and there is nothing wrong with him, when I've gone to my regular GP for a second opinion the very next day they have said he has a nasty infection and put him straight on antibiotics. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the male doctor (older man, don't know his name) is absolutely lovely and caring with my children and takes my concerns seriously.

I took a loved one here as they were requiring same day treatment and the MVMC website stated, quote: “walk-ins welcome. You will not be turned away”. But despite this, we were literally turned away at the door. We presented during opening hours and there didn’t appear to be any other patients in the waiting room. They didn’t even ask what my relative needed help with.
I think it’s unacceptable to encourage walk-ins with no intention of accomodating them. And if they are not willing to take walk-in presentations they need to change the information on the website. I’d understand if they were too busy, but the place looked deserted. Complete waste of time.

Receptionist was lovely but doctors were quite rude

Able to get an appt on a Sunday night of a long weekend. The clinic was busy but the receptionist was friendly. The GP was very welcoming and worked out the best course of action. Very appreciative of their service
