Very nice and happy people work here. Great doctors, in a friendly environment. What can I say 5 stars

Again, I had to cancel a very important health check up with the nurse, due to the cancellation of bulk billing. I am a full time carer, can understand the $20 co payment, but mostly impossible to find the $60, needed, even if $40 is returned later from Medicare. Not really looking after the people they should be caring for.

Although I arrived 10mins late, the receptionist was friendly and informative. There's only a couple of patients waiting

I am a pensioner who has to leave as I can't afford to pay the fee up front. Terrible the amount of people who will have to leave. This has made me feel suicidal so I hope they're happy

My partner has been going to see this doctors "mob" in the last 9 months we have spent at least 1- 2 weekends and countless weekdays in hospital from miss diagnosis.
I strongly earge anyone thinking of going here to do some homework.
F- for final outcome. 3 week wait while in hospital waiting on meds that end up in hospital reguardless. From the hospital noats they have had my partner on a high dose of anti nausea for kemo patients. The practes also refuses to relece her files to any other doctor. Im taking this to 60 minuits, its a joke

Doctors if you can get to see them great, receptionists rude and unfriendly, I needed a urgent script as going to run out, can't see a doctor until 30th December but would runn ot a week before, they honestly don't care, sadly I've had to join another practice, how do these people ever get employed, I've never encountered this anywhere, within two weeks had issues so time to move on, my god what a difference at this new doctors, receptionists smile

Have been sick with a cold, did two Covid test both negative. Suffer from asthma and wanted a check up. Unable to book an apt with my regular dr so booked with Michelle Myott at this clinic who I have seen in the past. Presented at reception and advise that she will not see me when I have symptoms. Sorry, I've come here for help and being refused to be seen by this dr because I'm sick. I'm now waiting to be seen by a different dr at the same clinic.

Been going to practice for many years. Good selection of doctors & nurses. I & my family have been well looked after.

I was seeing dr tan, he was honestly the best caring doctor I have ever come across, he had to go back to medical school for a bit so he wasn’t working in the practice as much, so I started seeing farnsworth what a reject he was got his lisence from a weetbix box terrible 5 stars for dr tan no stars for farnsworth

The Morthett Vale Staff are Beautiful and caring they do there job really well and Dr Tan is our Family Doctor he is caring and understands and has patience and he always has a smile on his Beautiful Face when he Greets you thankyou God Bless

Receptionist answering the telephone is rude and abrupt. She seems to think that repeating the same information over and over again is helpful. A little more compassion and some manners would not go astray.

Michelle the receptionist needs some customer service training!
"What was the name? " is not the way to greet someone, followed by rigid demands and questioning.

Not happy people. I was told today that I would be contacted after 3: 20pm as I had said I had a specialist appointment before and I was expecting that it would be on time or after not at 3: 05 during my appointment. Not marked as missed appointment and I needed to get a referral to a cardiologist but was told no appointments until Sunday.
Not happy to say the least.

Near freaking impossible to actually speak to someone on the phone now! Just wanted to cancel an appointment and keep getting hung up on! If it wasn't for my normal GP being based here would never go here

Reception are rude, their fees are not consistent one week its bulk billed the next there is $100 fee to see the same doctor. They will change the doctor you are seeing without telling you then find out that they have once you turn up for your appointment. I chose my doctor for a reason not for the clinic to change for me without asking.

Dr Angelo's was completely dismissive of all of the mental problems I told him I was having including serious thoughts of harming myself and others and said I didn't need to be put in a ward despite having self harmed over dosed and harmed others in the past 3 days the entire session he stared at his phone and the minute it hit 3pm he stood up and got me to leave with no follow up and no closure awful experience and I've cancelled all follow up appointments period

I was dragged from my bed by the receptionist&placed on a crowded cattle truck heading to a medical gulag-she never smiled once or even smirked at my admittedly casually sexist jokes. The doctors were more concerned with eugenics than the opiates&benzos I demanded for my anxiety condition S. A. D. Very disappointed at the lack of subservience shown by reception staff working long hours, with worse conditions, on a minimum wage.

I needed to find a new gp when I moved. Same dr for over 40 years. I met Dr. David who was wonderful and this has made my transition easier.

Always super nice! I’ve always had a really good experience seeing the doctors here. Doctors and very very kind and friendly. I always leave feeling better just because their nice. And they care too, they really try to help
