Mogas Martins Plaza / OTR Parafield Gardens

Called in this morning to purchase a donut ($3.95) paying with a $50.00, even with the screen showing cost, payment and change the server could not work out the correct change to give back to me. I gave up an requested my money back.
Whenever purchasing from this OTR please check your change before you leave the counter.
If I could give them no stars I would, dealing with customers money and getting their change right especially when it is on screen and he couldn't was unbelievable. Will not go there again.
By the way store was not busy

Absolutely nothing but unless employees there not one person can reorder or do stock taking right how hard is it to reorder products before they actually run out Absolutely should be shut down

Worst customer service tonight
Asking the staff a friendly question, dude rolling up his eyes like he owns the place.
They bring shame to OTR and it’s Reputation.

Guy who served me had a friendly manner.not a good variety of snacks or hot food, the shop is rather small.

I am so sick of going to this OTR at night and having to stand at the night window repeatedly ringing the night bell, for sometimes up to 10 minutes, then when the male staff member (this never happens when its female staff) could finally be bothered coming out from the back to serve me, he walks around the corner talking on his phone!
If one of my employees did this to a customer, they would dismissed instantly!
It is absolutely atrocious customer service to leave anyone standing outside alone at almost 3am so he could finish chatting with his mates, and this happens far too often, and not just at this OTR.
I will also be making a formal complaint about this incident, and any that occur in the future!
These people are paid good money to serve OTR customers, not to ignore customers, and hide out the back all night chatting on the phone!

Don't shop here if you're a fan of those Mexican soft drinks they're selling in the glass bottles where it states on the fridge bottle opener available at the counter, that's not the case it's false advertisement. Because I tried to buy one just few minutes ago. I don't know if it's just my local store or a state wide problem but Perignon corporation need to get on it.

I only go to on the run.quality fuel. Great place for basic shopping prices are very competitive. Very friendly service.

Good petrol after using other local petrol outlets to have sub quality fuel go in n my vechile break down I only fill up here b great if diesel was more easily accessible but still wins hands down for quality fuel cheers

Was good until they installed pre paid pumps but the lady manager has to be the most arrogant piece of work terrible customer service wouldn't go back if I ran out of petrol outside the place

The worst station I saw. Need to paid before and then go again to collect excess if you paid more than can refuel. Terrible experience, very slow service.

Awful, chick that worked Xmas day n the next day was so rude to us. Would never go there again as she abused the other customers as well. Nasty girl whom should NOT work in the service industry. Thankfully Gawler don't have such dismal staff! Put a real dampner on our Xmas. Such a biatch!: (

Asked the lady staff member where the nearest toilet was today. Lady said she doesn't know. When asked where she goes. "In a bucket out the back" we have no running water or power" hope they have some wipes out the back for staff to wash up once done. Avoid this place like the plague. The lady there has obviously had enough of working there.

Mostly Cheaper fuel than any other gas station. But all the pumps were prepay pumps, if you are in a hurry. Avoid this place.
