Such a lovely local Cafe. Tried the haloumi salad which was bloody amazing. Photo after I demolished most of it. The salad will be added to the 2024 menu
Plenty of space for a pram inside and out. Plus dog friendly. Definitely recommend.

This place is below average in every aspect. The food is disgustingly cold when it comes out, the coffee is sour or extremely bitter and the service is very amateur. The service I'm not too worried about as they are mostly kids working there but everything else is dogwater. Do not recommend.

I used to love meeting my friends at Modish cafe until now. I went in with a friend, bought a toasted mushroom and tomato gluten-free bread Sandwich and a bit of hot water.
You can only imagine my surprise when the cost was over $12
I was so shocked,
the thoughts running through my head was that you silly Billy, you could of bought 2 packs of gluten-free bread with this money.
I didn't want to cause a scene in front of my friend so I paid without questioning.
Only to realise when eating my sandwich i Only got one piece of tomato away lol never going back.

We always love to visit Modish, however this morning was such a let down! We waited 30 minutes for poached eggs on toast, when they eventually arrived the waitress did not apologise for the delay and we were not offered pepper, then found the eggs were overcooked and dry, very disappointing and when clearing the table, the waitress asked if we enjoyed our meals, I replied not really as the eggs were overdone and her reply was oh well, have a lovely day

Excellent ambience and good food. Service is great friendly staff Diana and Daniel. The Chicken BLT burger was nice chicken crispy and the beef burger juicy and great flavour. The zucchini fritters were excellent

Great coffee and food with great vibes.
The owner is always friendly and makes you feel welcomed.

Low score for closing 25min early. Had planned a business meeting over coffee but was told the coffee machine had been cleaned early because it was quiet. Opening hours are opening hours guys. It's the cost of doing business
Now found a new place close by so after many visits I will no longer go here

Fantastic find. Extensive menu. Toasted egg n bacon roll only $8. The coffee was made exactly to order. Triple shot for a large take away.
Cafe has a funky vibe to it and it was nice and quiet at 1.30. Good sound tracks in background. Maybe best of all- service with a smile.

Really disappointed this place used to be amazing with the old owners since change of ownership the quality has gone down all those personal touches are gone. We ordered the kids pancakes which were uneditable by my 6 year old they were like cardboard no fairy floss anymore when I asked for a side of strawberries they told me they couldn’t do that when I asked for no blueberries that’s all we got in it every I requested like ice cream in it we didn’t get it. We used to love this place it used to be our regular but no longer will we return

Had an excellent lunch - BLT was delicious and the coffee great. Loved the fries as well.
Was pretty busy and I did find the noise level a bit hard to take.
Prices were average but the food quality is well above average.
Bit of a gem in Woodcroft - think I may become a regular

I don’t usually rate things but when I do it’s because it became my to go place.

Halloumi burger was so good. I had to give it 5*….

A real gem in the area! Decor is varied (some tables, some seats/couch, some outdoor seating) and the sweets cabinet has interesting options (not your run of the mill usual finds) which is a really nice change. Coffee is good and service is warm and friendly. Seems to be great for children as has a children’s menu. Very popular as not much competition in this class around the area. Definitely a regular go-to now that I’ve found it!

Modsih5 is amazing! You can see the staff working really hard at what they do and they have lovely customer service skills. Just an all-round great place to get some yummy food and delicious drinks.

Very friendly, attentive & efficient staff. Made to feel welcome. Food was lovely & coffee was very nice. My daughter is quite picky with her coffee & was impressed

Great little cafe in a most unexpected way, good food good service and fantastic setting.

Prices are on the slightly higher side but your getting good food.

Cafes located in a shopping centre enviroment dont usually suprise in a positive way but Modish5 is an exception

Wow. Best coffee ive had in a long time. Very welcoming staff. I would usually grab a coffee to go but it was nice to dine in here.
