This is about the Car Park. Why keep allowing cars in when there are no spaces?
You end up doing 3 laps and leaving.
Is the parking system so archaic that it can't recognise when a car park is full?
SA Health Keeping your blood pressure high before you get in the door!

6 hours at emergency and still haven't seen a doctor. Just sitting here in pain watching an elderly woman also in pain. I feel bad for her because she was already here when I arrived. 3 ppl at the counter chatting and joking.it's not funny from where we're sitting.

Yes I know there is usually a wait at A&E, but I have to say that this is no fault of the staff. I have had a number of these visits with family members and every single time, once we are seen I cannot fault the treatment received. The latest was yesterday with my adult son who was pretty sick with an infection. Two visits to RAH and after 10 hours, only painkillers. Several hours at Modbury and blood test, eye test, iv antibiotics and a diagnosis. Night and day. Thank you Modbury staff. You are wonderful.

Worst experience of my life. Would rather die than visiting this hospital. Waited 9-10 hours to see a specialist coz was feeling uneasy with chest pain

6.5 hours waiting with an eye injury and in pain and still have not been seen. Totally understand that it’s been busy but 6.5 hours is not good enough. Hospital in charge may need to look at triage and staffing.

Currently in the MH Emergency Department with my 80+ year old mum who suffers from spinal stenosis, diabetes and various other issues that impact her quality of life, and who is suffering huge discomfort and is in pain, unable to sit or stand for any length of time due to a dislodged pessary. We arrived at 9pm last night, it took 3 hours to get her a bed to lie on after standing for nearly all that time in the waiting room, because it hurt to sit. They wheeled her into the ER 2 hours after that and it is now 6.30am, and after 91/2hours waiting she has still not been seen by a doctor. Nor, after her initial hook up to the ops machine, has anyone been in to monitor her progress or even been in to see how she is doing. So disappointed in the complete lack of concern for a senior citizen needing care. Where is the duty of care or even just the very basic tenants of timely treatment? !
Next time I will just be calling an ambulance.

The hospital system gave an elderly blind friend covid. After recovery she was sent home. She then caught a cold and had trouble breathing. She was taken to Modbury. While there she developed a urinary tract infection (UTI). UTIs are known to affect the mental state of the elderly, but they recover. While recovering the social workers applied to SACAT to force her into a nursing home against her will. The social workers had no interest in what she wanted. She wasn't allowed to speak at the hearing because the doctors claimed she was too sick to speak for herself. She appealed and wasn't contacted. Her appeal was denied without her being present. She is now under control of the public trustee and has no say in anything. She is trapped in a nursing home and doesn't want to live her life anymore. The system doesn't care about the emotional or psychological wellbeing of their patients. While there every single possession she had was stolen by other patients, even her clothes.

Do not try and get in here if you're trans wanting HRT, wait times get to over a year.

I had the pleasure of dining at an amazing restaurant recently. From the moment I walked in, I was taken back by the cleanliness and the friendly staff. They had a great selection of vegan options, which made me very happy. The food was absolutely incredible – the flavors were spot on and the presentation was perfect. The waiters were very helpful and attentive. My food was made quickly and the staff made sure I was taken care of. When I left, they even said goodbye and thanked me for coming. This restaurant is definitely a must-visit if you're looking for a great experience!

If I could rate less than 1 I will take that option. Was advised to visit hospital by emergency services over the call. Arrived in hospital emergency department at 3.30am with my sister having pain in her stomach and heart. The nurses provided panadol and we were asked to wait. It’s been 9AM now and still no one to check and see. What’s the point of having emergency department when the wait period is more than an hour?

Setting expectations is essential, especially with people experiencing medical issues.

Arrived at approx. 5: 40AM with 2 people in the waiting area, after near 2 hours, approached the desk to check in and advised "next person waiting has been here for 6 and a half hours, so probably still a few hours" is ridiculous.

I spoke to NOBODY, I was immediately placed on HOLD when the phone was answered. Listened to the constant recording of how my call was important and my time was valuable - then after being on HOLD for TWO HOURS I was hung up on! Very unprofessional!

I took my son to emergency and they admitted him into COVID ward. Nurses were very rude. No smile on face and they treated us very badly. I have press the bell for help they were canceled my room bell from outside and no one come to help my son for a long time. I could see them laughing, chatting and sitting behind the counter but they ignored patient. Doctor was good who come to see us. Higher authorities should take action against such type of staff those are not doing their job properly. It was completely neglect of care.

Over the years, I would have to say that the treatment and care I have received has been mostly fantastic, and I appreciate it a lot.

Good thing the emergency department saved my wife from a serious illness.
She had to wait approximately 5hrs to go inside for care. The priority system flagged her as a non critical patient. But it was a serious situation for her.she had stomach burn, pain. Nausia and vomiting for more than 15 hours. She couldn't take any food, water or even medicine.what ever she swallowed vomiting immediately. She needed immediately medication through vein. Anyway after a while she got that treatment and felt better and released after couple of hours.
Then she had to go to regular gp and still having difficulty after 4 days though not that extent. The emergency doctor prescription was not complete, had to add medication from gp. Already two appointments with gp after the emergency and still she is not ok.
The nurse at the desk did hear my concern and tried to put her bit early in the queue.
The nurse took lovely care and the doctor also tried their best but patients are suffering for waiting.
Even in third world countries people do not need to wait so long for this type of emergency.
Still cause of illness unknown and we are trying to figure it out through another long process through gp and referral process.

Waiting 5.5 hours at the emergency department to see a doctor for my 6 years Old's urine infection. Horrible service, and we call it emergency.
