The wait time is ridiculous whats the point of bookings the nurse was so rude even running an hour after appointment standard has really dropped

Receptionist was super unhelpful. Wanted to sign off my immunisation certificate; had all blood tests with me yet still told me “doctor might not see you for that”. Plus, did not want to bulk bill me. Didnt ask if I had concession card or anything; just straight up refused to book appt. Very customer friendly!

I had the awful experiences with the receptionists at SA Dental and it looks like I am not the only one by looking at the comments below!

Those receptionists wear a headset turned on while talking to patients who are just across the window and obviously cannot hear properly what patients are saying or not wanting to listen anyway.

Had an earful from one receptionist and it was awfully rude -considering their wages come from by taxpayer i.e. Patients so isn't customer service the first priority?

Those receptionists devalue the wonderful dentists and dental techs behind.

Admin and Practice manager are systematically robbing customer by charging a 5 dollar fee to send scripts to pharmacists as the practice manager feels this is appropriate to "discourage" people from using telehelp medical assistance and cover their "loss of income" through this system.
I feel sorry for the excellent GP's that have to work under such poor management

Absolutely useless people. I came here after being advised I could get government assistance for a dental issue that is completely out of my control. After being told that I definitely needed this treatment option, I was advised that there was nothing they could do to support me and that I would have to go privately.
I waited months for this appointment, to be in the same situation I was prior to today.

We have had wonderful experiences with the dentist here. She is calm, friendly and engaging with my children. Her manner is terrific and my girls enjoy visiting her as she is so personable and interested in chatting with them. Procedures are carried out quickly and explained to the children so that they understand and are not fearful.
Unfortunately the reminder messaging service often glitches and we do not always receive correct or timely information.

The dentists here are so lovely, kind and great with children- they make my kiddies want to go to the dentist!
However unfortunately had an unpleasant experience with rude reception staff today. She questioned me several times asking if my daughter was sick when she coughed a few times whilst in the waiting room. I assured her more than once that she was not sick but I could tell she was judging- made us feel like lepers. Made me feel so uncomfortable, especially when I work in health care myself and would never bring a sick child to a health facility

Considering that both my daughter and my sister attend and see a very good doctor here, they advised me to ring and book in with the same dr as we have family health issues that are related. Receptionist could barely answer the phone correctly so not a good start and she hung up on me rudely and said we only have 2 doctors here and we are not taking on new patients. Definitely do not recommend this clinic whatsoever. At least you expect a wait at North East medical clinic and you know what you’re dealing with in a bulk billing practice. Rude receptionist = poor customer service. Do better and develop some customer service skills. Clearly lacking.

Lady at reception is so rude and unprofessional.
Couldnt get into an appointment and very important medication was needed as i normally get scripts from there, i asked if there was any way i can get a new script as i cannot abruptly stop this medication. And i was told "i should of thought about that before my medication ran out" didnt want to help at all.
Fortunately a chemist was able to give me emergence supply of medication.
I would definitely not recommend this clinic

The dental nurse name " Marry" did not listen to a customer.she has very bad customer service.my son does not require dental appointment from this clinic anymore because his tooth come out by it self.she same so angry when spoken on the phone.never listened. 1st called she said wasted the time.then she called again (I don't even know why she called again.rude and very rude.

They cancel again. 3 times my app been cancelled.had 5 teeth for filling since april.got infected so by the time infection gone they took 3 out.now cancelled again only one filling left but now i have to wait again.not impressed how they can just cancel appointments.looking into it this time it's not right

Do not go here the reception that books appointments had me sit in the waiting room for over an hour after I had mad a booking 2 days earlier and then when I didn't reply to their confirmation SMS they treated me as a walk in and when I asked why I had to wait so late I was told that the doctor was behind but I watched everybody in the waiting room go in before me. The appointments are only 10mins long and when I approached the receptionist she told me the doctor was running behind because the appointments were running late to which I replied "I have timed the patient turn around and it is 10mins" the receptionist needs to go not the admin lady but the lady that books the appointments is no good. Now when I try to see the doctor with my scans they can't fit me in until I'm due at the modbury hospital for an MRI and her answer was to ring on Tuesday morning and see if there is a cancellation. I am disgusted at the incompetence of this person, re training is the least this person needs. No complaints about the doctors or the facilities just the receptionist. I have a back complaint and it is not trivial it is painful.

The reception staff are lovely, very warm & friendly. It is a nice, clean sugery. Dr Amin is a wonderful Dr, I wouldnt want to see any other Dr now. She is very understanding, lovely to talk to. They don't just treat you like another number at this clinic. I would highly recommend them.

They used to be good until my GP moved to Sydney. Today my husband took my daughter to GP, first thing she asked why my husband who came not me. I beg your pardon? That question was extremely rude, and not her business. I stayed at home looking after my 2 year old son so that it would be easier to take my dauhter to doctor. It is hard to take 2 active toddlers to doctor. And I'm sick as well I got fever and sore throat. And I dont have family here who can help me baby sit my kids. And responsibility to take care kids are both parents not just the mothers. We are coming to doctor to get help not to be judged. Instead of being judgmental, she should focus on her job first which was giving right medication for my daughter. She didn't give her any antibiotics knowing my daughter cried all night and lost her voice and had 38c over temperature. Well done for doing nothing.

My today’s visit is very disappointing. I am in really bad muscle pain and can’t walk, sleep or seat for long time. Doctor ask me “What you want me to do”. If I knew that, I wan’t come to you. She ask me “ Do you want me to give you some higher pain relief” Not sue who was Doctor!
Next time I will not get appointment with her, who can’t write 6-7 line of note without any mistake. Better I go with Dr. Bella or Dr. Islam for 100% relief.
Not friendly at all!
Come with disappointment.

My little one loves visiting the dentist here. Over the years, they have made visiting the dentist a pleasant experience.

The staff are very friendly and courteous.

They have a large car park and the first two hours of parking is free.

Was booked to see Doctor Bella - ended up waiting clos to an hour for my appointment. This is the second time it’s happened with this doctor. Last time she wasn’t even with a patient - just chatting to someone. Incredibly rude. My advice is to see anyone but her. Never had this issue with any other doctors there.

My wife and I have used the clinic about half a dozen times now and have never been disappointed. Appointments are always on time (within 10 minutes or so) and all the staff are lovely. Dr Heidi Arellano was extremely nice and helpful on our last visit, happy to discuss not only our immediate medical issues, but also other questions around general health and my wife's pregnancy. Definitely the best bulk billing medical centre in the eastern to north eastern suburbs.

Been in far more pain with infected gum than before I went there! To drain infection she rubbed gum until skin broke.now have painful ulcer n went to Dr for antibiotics.
