Guy came out quite aggressive and dogmatic. Was insistent that it wasn't his or that patronising questions only to misdiagnose car with fuel pump. Friend of mine scraped spark plug etc and adjusted idle.fixed problem and save me 1100.00

I had Mobile Autocare source a new ignition switch for my GQ Patrol and requested they install it they arrived on time the mechanic was excellent (sorry forgotten his name) he got to it and got me going again great service will definately be using them again if need be keep the great service going.

They came so fast. Checked the car I wanted to buy and gave me a report on it in minutes. I was charged after the inspection. The whole process took less than two hours.

Came out and replaced an alternator on partners car. Job was done in a timely manner and communication was good between office and me. A little more expensive on comparison to a workshop, but is to be expected.

Would use again.

Absolutely dreadful first day wrong diagnoses told engine broke needed a new one. Had to insist for mechanic to look at it.once done found a bolt was lose tightened bolt then car started second day was 2 hours late was told had to do 4 invoices for job as such feel that was overcharged. Booked in to come finish the job never showed up again.

Been helped multiple times by Pete and now David whenever I've had an issue with my car. Awesome guys to deal with, brilliant in their field. Helpful, friendly and trustworthy too. Very lucky to have found such a good bunch of mechanics.

Our daughters alternator failed and could not drive the car. Mobile Autocare where fantastic. From the first call, Jordan, was fantastic with his attitude and arranged for the repairs to be done. The technician was early and wasted no time in getting the car up and running. Price was fantastic. Will use them again.

Monday this week my car experienced a squealing grinding noise from my left back tyre. I initially called out RAA to have a look at it. They attended and advised me to get my car in to a mechanic asap.

Tuesday morning I contacted a mechanic at the shopping centre I work at. They managed to squeeze me in due to a cancellation. Long story short they took all day charged me $72 and told me it was going to cost me $900 to get the problem fixed. They couldn’t fix it that day as the part required was not readily available.

I contacted Mobile Auto Care for a 2nd opinion as I had used them in the past.
I told them what the issue was and what the other mechanic had told me.
They then told me the info I had been given was false/lies and they could get my car done for a fraction of the cost.

I booked them in for this morning. The mechanic arrived early and got the job done within 2.5 hours.
Absolutely fantastic service and I will be recommending them to everyone.

We have been using your company for approximately three years & recently we had 3 cars off the road due to service issues in that nothing had been brought to our attention.

We sent photos of our van in which your company has serviced every service; after we had another issue with an engine light come on follow a service completed by mobile auto care we decided to engaged another company in which found some further issues photos attached:

New issues:
Filter not replace or cleaned
Belts not reports or brought to the attention of company owner Timing belt over due

Previous issues:
1. Replacement of faulty alternator leading to 2 tows at our cost.
2. Replacement of 2 brand new batteries and then informed we need to get the car to you just after the alternators where replaced also at our cost.
3. Work car off the road for over a month.
4. Worker crashing 1 of our cars into a trailer & still no repairs have been completed or follow up this was over 5 months ago.
5. Replacement of a turbo in which was a tuning issue which we found out through talking to another trade having a similar issue we were out of pocket over 4.5k for a $130 tune at Toyotas. We then had to organise of our own tows after the car was sent back to us three times hence why we took the car to Toyota's.
7. Using trades that do not come when organised.

Big shout out to David and Jayden! They were absolutely amazing for my prepurchase inspection service. Called on the day and got organized an inspection for the car which i purchased later on. Absolute pleasure service from them and i highly recommend going with Mobile AutoCare! Thank you boys

My car battery totally die. So I call Mobile Auto care to my home. Professional mechanic check the car and replace to new battery. It was total $315, reasonable price.

After calling 12 different mobile mechanics this morning with noone else able to do anything till tomorrow after my master cylinder stopped working, they were able to come within the hour and complete the job in an hour at a great price highly recommended these guys

Needed a car to be inspected in SA for purchase as I am located in NSW. The good reviews were very reliable. Very prompt with picking up my calls and organising and dispatching the mechanic. Thorough photos, reports and any issues presented with the car. On top of that you receive a phone call from the mechanic so you can ask about any further questions.
