12 Clean store but quite poor customer service. There where only two employees on, one of them was on a call with a customer I presume while the other was just sitting to the side sitting there. I was waiting at least five minutes before I got served at the shop wasn't even busy:/
Lack of communication from the employees
Petra ness and joe on the morning crew have perfected their shift. Food and coffees are always hot and the service always comes with a smile. My favourite store to come to in Adelaide
Ordered a bacon & cheese pie with sauce" and found out when the guy had to replenish the sauce the particular item had by this time had already been sold too anthr customer when it should have been reserved as soon as i ordered it, Not impressed poor communication between employees.
Only one of these I've found so far that has spinach pasties! Wide parking, convenient parking at rear if you want shade. Easy to get in and out of.
Place is neat with friendly staff. Only thing I don't get is why they removed some of their pumps - last time I was there I waited and waited to fill my car. On a main road that leads to the highway and sees high traffic everyday, why would you do this? Grr, so annoying!
I keep an eye out for cheap petrol. This station has one of the cheapest discountef petrol in the area. I also use my Drakes shopper docket.
Very clean, petrol prices cheaper than others, shame the girl serving was more interested in putting and moving sausage rolls in cabinet than serving the line of customers
We travel to from the country to Adelaide regularly and use Petrol Spy to find the cheapest gas and petrol and these guys always win hands down. They even accept Foodland petrol vouchers which makes going there our preferred stop. Toilet is always clean as is the store. It can get busy so a little patience goes a long way. Hot and cold food are on special. So a must visit for us
Great selection of items in store and staff get your coffee to you fast even during busy times.
My regular fuel stop weekly and staff now my coffee and sometimes it is made by the time I'm finished fueling up
Traffic management and queuing leaves a lot to be desired. Even with a pretty normal number of cars filling up, it’s chaos deciding which pump to choose. With cars chaotically entering and exiting from all directions, this leads to people getting stuck when someone starts filling up in front of you from the opposite direction.
Why are we still dealing with fundamentally poor design of petrol stations in 2020? Just because it’s a general disaster of a year doesn’t give you guys the excuse to disregard good design.
Of course this doesn’t affect sales so it probably isn’t much of a consideration. Definitely an unpleasant experience, unless the servo is nearly empty.
I love the customer service from all of these joints. They are always so happy and cheerful keep up the great work ️️️
