Terrible operator! Went to fill up bit after midnight and he would not turn the pumps on! Several people had waited for fuel and he wouldn’t turn the pumps on! Other times with the same guy during the night there has been instances of having to wait 10mins before he actually goes to the desk and turns the pump on. Need to get rid of him

Fueled up on the 23/12/23 total was 58.04$ went and paid the customer before me came back in and said I just paid for you fuel and stated he clearly told the console operator the number off his pump the operator also charged me for the same pump they clearly got caught double dipping on fuel purchases the Indian descent operator knew he got caught out he was rude and thaught we were idiot and also charged me a extra 38c to what I put in stay clear from these scammers he knew what he was doing so wrong ripping people off specially how hard things are these days had poor rude staff here before they don’t deserve your hard rent money keep away don’t support these people and business I’m tacking this further they will be hearing from the other ties very soon as me and the other customer have got together to bring this action undone

Have been using this station for 6 years and last 3 weeks the service has been terrible. Have to bang on windows and twice nobody came then after about 10 minutes was told no diesel

Console operator is wearing a earpods and listening to music and I literally need to shout multiple time

Came in this morning as I forgot my lunch so popped in for petrol and a sandwich for lunch and opened the sandwich for lunch at work after putting in the refrigerator and it was sour the bread smelt so stail I tried to ring the store but no contact number very annoying after a 12 hour shift and no food

Please train your staff,
I paid in cash after filling petrol, A lady gave wrong change. When I asked she didn't gave my change, infact she started arguing. She was very rude. I lost my $50, there is no contact number to complaint. To whom I have to contact? I really had bad experience in that store.

Went to fill up my car with the advertised price and as I was waiting for the fuel to come out a woman starts yelling over the speaker telling me to stop as there has been a price change. Waited and then the price changes to a higher rate. Your supposed to honour the price your advertising. You shouldn’t change it as someone is trying to fill up. I just took off anyway… and I’ve seen this woman before she is incredibly rude and sour…

No frills shop, but it sometimes has the cheapest fuel in northern suburbs (compared to the 3 closest stations)

Always cheap fuel, nice to support those companies that aren't greedy rip off merchants like some of the others

It's a United Service Station. Nice layout. Very clean. Friendly staff. Nearly always a good price for petrol.

Good turnover of cars, which also indicates a good turnover of fuel, so in my view the fuel remains fresh and your not buying stale. The prices for diesel are also realistic

If i can give them less rate that this i would "I went to this gas station to fill my BBQ gas bottle and this guy at the counter said he can't do it eventhough the place was slow just because it was speating rain and that's really annoying since its the only place that fills gas around here"

Had problems with their fuel pump.
While i was filling up it started to cut out pumping and running slow so i stop and start to see what it was happening i noticed as I let go of the handle to stop the flow of fuel the pump was still ticking over money and fuel on the bowser even tho I wasn't pulling the trigger and no fuel was flowing. It happened twice, the second time it was ticking over I was holding handle away from car. I Went in an told the attendant, who touched his keyboard a couple of times and said "no all looks fine" very poor service. I was told to give my name and number and the owner or someone with authority would call me back,
Two weeks later STILL waiting.
They don't care if they rip you off just give them your money. They dont want to hear or care customer feedback.

Best place to get petrol if your in that vacinity. Very competitive with petrol prices, seem to be the cheapest 99% of the time.

Fuel price reflects how busy this site is. Always one of the cheaper fuel outlets. Can be a bit "hazardous" entering the facility due to being situated on a slight bend and not far from a very busy intersection but I always look for this site when travelling in from the Northern suburbs if even just to "top up"

Ordered dounts and pies via ubereats, very satisfied and delicious, definitely better than Kripsy Kremes.strongly recommend to all customers looking for a snack.staff are always friendly everytime i visit also.fuel prices are great compared to the servos nearby. 10/10 to all service, thanks again:)

Pie Face was cold, old and probably against health regulations. The attendand did not know ENGLISH. This has been my go-to servo for years. Not ever again, would prefer to travel to Port Waikfield and get a real Pie Face Pie or Sausage Roll.

Tiny sign on the pump advising they don't take fuel cards. Too late once the fuel.is in the car. Poor service and will never ever use this place again

A nice service station. Even had a drive through burger. I've yet to give that a go. I've heard the burgers are Yum!
