It was ok apart from the 4wheel drives churning up the sand and making it had for cars to drive on some parts the tracks

We love Moana beach! A great drive on beach, sometimes some small waves for the littles to catch on their boogie boards!

My favourite beach. You can drive onto the sand.the water is so clear, no seaweed and often dolphins

Pretty unique part of SA.considering not far out of the Metro area.would be a great place to live and play.but as we all know real estate prices are just stupid for the average punter and Moana is certainly becoming unachievable. For me the pick of the South Coast a really mellow vibe for now at least.

Great beach. Accessible to most vehicles when the tide is out.

As with many places there is the odd idiot who come out after dusk and ignore the speed limits. If you have young ones I pays to keep an eye out.

A great place to spend the entire day with family.
Beautiful clear water, clean beach, drive right upto the waters edge.
Gazebo, awnings up, deck chairs tables, music and a great charcoal mini webber. Couldn't ask for anything more.
The kids played non stop all day, in the water, riding waves, in the sand and beach games.
Stayed until 11pm as time flew past. Finished off with roasting marshmellow, perfect day.
Amazing, looking forward to return very soon!

Amazing natural beauty, with the option to drive your car onto the hard sand beach and set up your area, to suit, to make a day and life time experience to remember.

One of the best drive on beaches in SA. Crystal clear water, most days in summer the water is flat like a pool. Others great for kids learning to body board or surf.

Been going to this beach for over 40 years, great summer spot, you can drive on this beach with your vehicle. Pack a picnic lunch and I'll see you down there, $8.00 fee for your car.

It's a area where after work or any time you can relax and enjoy the day and let the world go by

Great area. Some really nice food and coffee options. The beach is lovely, not too busy and big enough for a good walk.

It's pretty quiet during the week, loads of parking and overall just a pleasant place.

Winter is my favorite season down south at Moana Sands Coastal park. There's acres of sand and surf with only seagulls and lots of fresh air and the occasional kangaroo for company. It feels like a million miles from suburbia but it's actually just down the coast.

Beautiful clean beach option to drive onto beach. Flat and safe water in the morning and early afternoon some waves for body surfing and boogie board riding in the arvo yesterday.

Omg, I love this beach. Drive the car on the beach, set yourself up and enjoy the crystal clear water. If your lucky you'll spot a dolphin or two

Moana is excellent; $6 to drive onto the beach at peak times but we worth the convenience. Water is clear, facilities are great. People were friendly and helpful! Not keen to pay $6 no worries plenty of parking off the beach and separate areas for people without vehicles!

This place is so interesting as it is close to the residential area, but it is so natural and pristine, the dried plants and sand resembles desert areas. There are not many people visitng the area at noon in the weekdays, which also makes this place look more pristine and wild. I walked from Seaford station to here, and that was not a long walk. In fact I spent more time to travel from Adelaide to Seaford on train rather than to walk from Seaford to the Moana Sands.
