Been coming here for over 16 years and have found all doctors and staff to be very cheerful and most
helpful and polite. It is a very pleasant clinic to visit and would recommend it to anyone.

Best centre i have ever been involved with.only problem is waiting time and i believe that is everywhere

I have been visiting the Moana Medical clinic all my life, the patient care from George, Paul & their team is exceptional. Kind, thorough and extremely professional. I would not trust my & my families health with any other clinic.

There isn't a single person working at the Moana Medical Center that doesn't treat me as part of the family. Absolutely great experience from people who truly care.

Ive been attending for 40 yrs. Its a perfect practice, and I have been treated perfectly in every way.

We have been visiting here for over 5 years and have never had any issues.
Dr. Paul is very patient, understanding and thorough.

Fantastic doctors who always have the time to give, rather than feeling like a number. Some reception staff are friendly and go above and beyond even dressing up in costumes for Christmas to spread some much needed cheer.

The staff are welcoming, the nurses friendly & helpful, & my GP very attentive & careing.

I turned up in the morning feeling shaky and needing water. Walked in to ask and they have a rule about ringing a bell. Instead of a polite response I was spoken to abruptly/rudely. I didn't read the signs no. I have one eye that works and reading a lot of signs in the morning sun ismt my skill. They need to find their kindness button.

All receptionists and nurses very friendly and professional. Dr. Paul Phillips very caring very knowledgeable always rings results thru. This medical centre really look after their patients and we are so lucky to have such good doctors who really care. Thanks to everyone.

Extremely happy with this Dr surgery. Been attending for 30 years with whole family. The administration staff are very friendly and approachable. Dr George Vlahos being our family Dr has always shown a very professional manner in regard to all kinds of health concerns. But more importantly we are given the time we need. Never feel like just a number or ‘another’ patient. Care is individual and personal. Moved further away but happy to travel the extra distance. Highly recommended.
