Moana Beach Tourist Park

So sick of management not enforcing people to clean up after themselves and the fridge is not cleaned EVERY MONDAY MORNING it’s atrocious. Can’t come in the morning to make breakfast and sit peacefully. Have to either sit amongst others messes or have to clean it and by the time that’s done more arrive and dirty everything, parents allow children to ride bikes through the kitchen, they move all the seating however they prefer and do not clean up for others. Feral, no respect

Beautiful, close to beach and the corner Cafe just a great place to eat or meet friend for coffee and catch up

Unfortunately whilst packing up our camper on the last day, the groundsman thought it was wise to put the sprinkler on on the adjoining vacant site. Without regard to our gear (or the wind direction), our canvas was soaked along with bags of clothes etc.
Not the best way to end the family holiday and unfortunately after advising the front office, we are still waiting for an apology.but they did ask for a review so here you go!
Won't mention the good points because the whole experience was ruined. Thanks Moana Beach Tourist Park.

Beautiful park next to one of the best beaches.

The caravan park itself is a smaller one in size compared to some but makes up for it with its proximity to the beach.

Staff are friendly, kitchen is generous and amenities are good. No kids play areas though.

What a bizzare ride!
Administration person cut my stay short over something so ridiculously petty due to lack of communication between colleagues, etc.
Her senior then tried to give me "marching orders" because she assumes that she has the power and authority over me and decided that she can exercise this over a stupid matter that was trivial!
As far as I'm concerned they broke the law (maybe twice - privacy and abuse.)
Cops were called over this and they all thought it was a really ridiculous matter that deserved no merit for their time and effort.

On arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Lovely grassed sites to set up your caravan or tent. Amenities were very clean. Large camp kitchen and seating but thanks to some lazy campers it was messy when I had a look (we didn't cook here, we have our own BBQ etc.
Good sized laundry too.
A short walk to the beach and a nice Cafe.

I stayed in a cabin over night with 2 pre teen children. The caravan park is in an excellent spot and camp kitchen is tidy. The only issue I had was noise from what seemed to be the wind making a loyd noise against the railing of the cabin due to its position (cabin 7) whicg was very loud and annoying. The other issue was the main bedroom could do with black out blinds as it us very light at night from a security light. Other than that, cabin was great and shower was good pressure and cabin neat.

Great park. Sites are a good size and have grass. Amenities are clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Great location close to the beach and cafes. We stayed in an RV so really appreciated the lush green lawns. While we didn’t use the camp kitchen it is huge and looks well equipped. The amenities are very clean.
Staff at reception are very friendly and helpful and gave great information about a scenic drive to Christie’s Beach where we could refill our gas bottle.
We really enjoyed our stay.

A peaceful place for camping, close to the city and near the beach! What else could you ask for?

Cabins were very clean.mattress was firm and comfortable.very close to beach, park and cafes which serves great coffee.had a great experience here.

Excellent park. Clean neat and tidy. Right on beach and very well sheltered from strong cold westerly winds. Handy to cafes and shopping centres and the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula

First timer at a caravan park staying in a cabin. Cabin is a bit dated & not much room in the main bedroom but the lounge/dining area is spacious & there's lots of natural light throughout.

The people are nice and it is the most cleanest caravan park I've been to on my holidays would recommend for anyone to stay

Great place to stay, close to the beach. We paid 31$ for an unpowered site. Clean amenities, good free Wifi. They have a big open camp Kitchen but an electric or gaz hob is missing. We recommend this place.

Great park, very clean and neat. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a beautiful long weekend stay.

Rudest customer service EVER RECIEVED, if u can't handle a long weekend the job ain't suited to you. Horrible lady.

Very clean and tidy and green grass +big sites. Close to the beach you can even enjoy driving on it. Great big camp kitchen. Excellent location.

Amazing Location. Close to shops and a 2min walk to the beach. Very friendly staff. I mentioned the screen door was damaged and they were around within 10min to fix it:) the shower was a little small but omg. The water pressure was AMAZING! The bed was SOOO comfy and the linen was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and clean! There is a spit system a.c for year round comfort as well as a ceiling fan in the main bedroom:) there were a few little areas like under the sliding doors and the side of the shower between the wall and shower that needed sweeping or cleaning out. But other than that I honestly can't fault the cabins or caravan park. I was only staying overnight and checkout was 10am and wasn't catching up with my mate until after she finished work so the owner allowed me to stay as long as I needed cause they were quiet:) I will definately stay here again!
