7Do not accept mission australia as a lac for ndis your child deserves far better I can not explain the nightmare and events that set my child back, I wouldn’t believe it it’s just sad and my some deserved better.

It's my first time with mission Australia, but I find the service really good, everyone is welcoming, it's easy to get to attend appointments, I just hope I can get the help I need
They call it a interchange alright as there are that many smokes an change being handed from one person to another, found it a hassle saying ''no I don't have 5 cents" constantly but gave 10cents instead, which eventually made a dealer a bit richer#maybe?
Very Compassionate people to your current situation due to covid rather busy.
Not too busy store however I did find at certain times you must get on well with self serve checkouts, or be prepared to wait for a manned checkout to be open or available, allow time for a possibility of this happening especially for bus times. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars, rather than 4. Good store overall.
On a good day everything works, we have to remember that they are only human and not magical
