Was passing through the town and purchased and lightning jack which allows the use of a 3.5 headphones to an Iphone and found it to be faulty as i headed back to Adelaide.
Contacted the store and spoke to a lady who i believe is the owner and was told she'd be happy for me to post it ack for testing but will not pay for postage. In short, I paid, they gained, I lost money and respect for the shop.

Since my review above, the shop had organised a lovely chap from CMI to replace the faulty product. Whilst it was a completely different Jack, it at least works now.

I urgently needed an oven - the team at Minlaton helped me purchase over the phone (I live in Adelaide) and co-ordinated installation with Cindy and Samuel from Kim's Electrical. Although I was limited with my options due to urgency the service was excellent. Highly recommend and thank you.

We recently had to replace the air conditioner at our place in Port Vincent so the contacted Betta at Minlaton and they were very helpful in us purchasing a unit. When we asked for an installer they told us of Kims Electronics owned by Samuel, which was a very good move not only did Sam and his apprentice install the new unit but they also suggested they good take out the ancient Weatherwall and make good the holes left so they could be repainted. We had a tight schedule for the work but Sam turned up on time and they did a superb job taking all the old equipment with them. All done in 4.5 hrs so new airconditioner and no ugly 70s weatherwall we could not be happier.

Sharon was absolutely wonderful. Knowledgeable, helpful couldn’t do enough. No hesitation in recommending this store.

I won't hesitate in recommending Betta Electrical Minlaton. Their staff are all friendly and efficient and bend over backwards to help please their sometimes difficult customers.
In my opinion Betra Electrical Minlaton is the best store In SA.
