My first ever meditation session and it was great! Diana is a very good teacher and explains everything really well. I left the session feeling great, can’t wait to do it again.

What an amazing experience, Diana is a wonderful yoga /meditation instructor. Her instructions were easy to follow and she adjusted the level of difficulty to suit my abilities. I would highly recommend Diana if your looking for a yoga teacher or for meditation and quantum flow which I have also done with her. I left the studio feeling refreshed and relaxed and will most certainly be back again? ️? ️
