I had a really lovely experience shopping here, and the person who served me, who I believe was a lovely little insect, was kind despite their european slang. They were very helpful assisting me picking a new wok for my kitchen and were enthusiastically saying their "There is a wok for around the clock" joke, however, I didn't understand what they meant when they it could double for a hat and showed me. When I finished my purchase she also then gave me her "business card" as she called it (A4 sheet of paper with her face and number in bold text) for any "home assistance" as she put it. Lovely atmosphere, the shoe polishing was also exceptional and the entree's were delicious.

I bought a set of Global Knives for my daughter as a ''click and collect''. I rang the Norwood store to let them know who was picking them up and they offered to gift wrap it for me after I mentioned it was for my daughter's birthday - and they even asked what colour ribbon! Such lovely women. My daughter also said the staff were lovely. The lady who was new (and her supervisor) were also both very patient. The extra care was appreciated and I'll do another click and collect for my daughter as she needs lot of house stuff! Thumbs up from us, thanks ladies!

Just bought knifes and dinner wear from this amazing shop. We were served by Zac and he gave us best advice, he was so enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful.

I was blown away by the excellent customer service. Staff went above and beyond to help me with a tricky exchange. They were extremely friendly and attentive and flexible. A great incentive to shop with them again.

Friendly helpful unpressured service. Large range of kitchen wares, crockery, cutlery and homewares. Extensive range of glassware, decanters, stoppers, books etc for wine, gin and other drinks. Seasonal range for Christmas. Candles and scented oils. Scented handcreams. Cushions, rugs and more.

A lovely store with a beautiful selection of quality homewares. I’ve always found staff to be helpful and there was no problem with exchanging or returning faulty items (wrote this review 2 years ago).

I had exceptional phone service from Amanda today with looking for specific candle recommendations. A credit to this store, staff are very consistent with their helpfulness!

Service is absolutely disgusting. I was completely ignored in this store. I waited at the register to be served for over 5 minutes. During this time there were three staff members all of whom ignored me. No staff member even acknowledge that I was waiting. I ended up putting my products back and did not buy them as I did not want to support a store with such terrible service.

Very helpful, held an item for us in this busy Christmas period till we were able to come over (same day)

Got what i went in for which was on special and picked up some other things as well. Shelves and tables too close together which causes bottlenecks in a store whwere you want people to browse. Several times I had to ask people to move so I could get past or i had to waitor detour to get to where I was going

Very friendly staff. Good selection of products. Always have good deals. I basically redecorated my house with everything I found there. Highly recommend.

Nice little store with stylish homewares. I purchased a board from here on which a computer or book could be tested whilst on my lap. There were so many more items I would have liked to purchase but didn’t have more money on the day I went here. Not a cheap store but I’m sure the quality is very good.

Well organised with ample staff this is a kinda upmarket home supplies store. There seems to be a regular "sale" on a line of goods most of the time. This time I saw substantially reduced Furi knives

Excellent range of kitchenware plus homewares. Very helpful staff, especially as I spent ages deciding which brand of knives I would buy.

Nothing wrong with the product but staff vary from knowledgeable to unhelpful to downright rude.

I love this store. The staff are always so friendly and helpful and there are so many things to choose from. We always find perfect presents here.
