Beautiful products, however there were 3 staff members on with no other customer but myself in store. Did not greet or offer any help or suggestions.

Bought 2 lamination baking trays used one twice a small defect size of nail head got bigger returned it lady was so rude saying I must have damaged it it's a non-stick baking tray that is what I used it for other tray no problem no wonder it's betting shopping online

I wanted to buy a frypan, and have it delivered to my cbd address. The sales person not only advised me of the best purchase, but rather than posting the item, she delivered it personally after she finished work. Thank you.

Smaller shop with lots of shelves and stacked china everywhere. I actually didn't enjoy walking around since I was always afraid to bump some expensive vase over. They have the standard wares you'd expect at a homewares store but nothing distinguished it. Staff were busy and a bit on the brusque side. Maybe just a bad day.

One stop Christmas shop for all those lucky women on my list. The one place I know I can also purchase Bamboozled socks

Love this place, staff aren't pushy. It's a great place for the budding chef, avid cook or just to buy gifts for someone.or youself:)

This store has a good range of products. But very expensive. I went there today with my son. I was looking at the candle range. I was going to purchase a few things but the man working in that section was following myself and my son around just watching us as if we were going to steal every thing. We are very honest and do not steal. Will never shop there again. We were going to spend a lot of money there today but after made to feel like this never

Wow. Love this place staff knowledgeable about products, especially specialty things like knives etc, sell u what you need not what is the most expensive, cater for home cook to gourmet chef, i could waste hours here.

We went to Minimax City Cross on Boxing day. One of the staff was really helpful, she showed us product range and its information. We were really happy with her service (as my memory, her name was Elizabeth) ; however, the other 2 at the counter were not so friendly. We will come here if we pass by but wont be the 1st shop we think of when we need to buy something as we can find similar products with cheaper price.

I absolutely adore this store. I always receive a warm welcome and friendly service. We have great chats about homewares. I can almost always find what I'm looking for. I never leave empty handed!

Good range with some good specials. They stock Woll cookware which is brilliant stuff and frequently go on sale. Friendly staff too.
