Hi,
Had a very bad experience in communicating with the reception team. So unprofessional and rude. As far as I know, it is your main job to guide to the right person. She just hung up as I was talking. Would really appreciate if you can atleast talk in a proper manner.

Very irresponsible company, honestly not even worth a star, broke our trust on the very first day. Very disappointed with the service and waste of time. Never ever recommend this clowns to anyone. It took us more than a month to organise everything but they couldn’t allocate staff to provide the service and send my son back home. Just ridiculous

There were good and bad things about working in Minda. I loved working at PKC and the staff at Fassina House 10 were lovely. I was originally supposed to just be a registered nurse employed at Minda.however due to staff shortness was put in many disability houses. The manager permanently contracted me to Level 1 brightway. Some staff were nice, but was bullied by a particular staff member who felt threatened by me, due to my intelligence. This staff member was making verbal threats to me, making up stories about me to support leaders, blaming me for things I didn't do. Management and Support leader than intimidated me, and told me i am below the standards, and compared me to workers who have been there for over 3 years and would obviously know about the clients more than me. The manager gaslighted my experience, accused me of making up the bullying.

Steer clear of this company. They only want your money... No compassion for the disabled what so ever. Not worth any stars to be honest. Sense of marality is all down the drains. Up yA dog can’ts

My son jono lives at minda the carers are wonderful we are so happy with every thing they do for him thank you all

I enjoyed my try out at minda campus for horticulutre.i would call this place a good facillity.i hope i do another hortculture thing at this place again.

Very disaponted with staff (non disability) attitude. The young lad making coffees could learn to smile on occasion? Asked why Cafe Inc card not being used was told Minda wiped it without notice. Now have a 9 coffees get one free.not in keeping with other cafes offering loyality after 5 coffees? Was rudely informed they don't even have to give that.wow! Remember Diability suppirt workers are lowest paid here. Think expensive compared to other cafes in area. Last coffee here for me!

Management is not good.i was working with minda laundry as casual from last 3 weeks and i am working well not issues from my side.but today i got call and they said you do not have job from today and i was shocked because they did’tgive my any valid reason and they did not give me any notice.thats not the way to fire staff.i am not happy with them

Great company to work for large organisation, plenty of different job positions to choose from.
