Migrant Resource Centre of South Australia reviews
26My experience with AMRC has been great. I have been dealing with the AMRC CSP team for several years now for a variety of matters - for myself and other members of my Eritrean community. I have found the staff members highly qualified (specifically their attention to detail), professional and swift in their responses and queries to client matters. They provided guidance every step of the way. I would definitely recommend their services to any required party.
It was good to have access to the sink area so close to this display, which for the food handling and hygiene purposes it's always necessary.
Styled the food on table based on the theme of event, Art, as the patchwork pattern. The one every patient grandma had made for their families around the world.
September 2018 - Persian Community Art Exhibition
Looking forward to our future Delicious Displays there.
My experience with AMRC CSP (Community Support Program) was truly amazing. The staff members were compassionate, professional, and always available to answer my questions or address any concerns. I was guided through every step of the process, providing me with the support and helped me to bring my family over to Australia. I’m beyond grateful for the help I received from AMRC and would recommend anyone who has family member overseas.
The AMRC staff provided me with exceptional customer service and outmost professionalism throughout progression of the case. I want to use these platform and thank Zeleka and Neha for their continued support and hard work. Also thanks to Dawaud for helping the resettle smoothly and providing resettlement advice.
Therefore based on my experience, I highly recommend AMRC as the best APO organisation in Adelaide.
Thanks AMRC team
My wife and me very happy with Simon and Michel and Hiba so helpful workers, so happy with very very good service.you come too.
A friendly organisation with staff who are respectful and professional. Some of the previous negative reviews don’t take into consideration that AMRC have a lot of volunteers who take the time to learn how to assist everyone and help out of the goodness of their heart, so it’s worth understanding that. Everyone has to start somewhere - given the current situation with the global pandemic, many people are struggling with needing help and immigration, visa’s support etc, so to receive any help is well appreciated.
I am very grateful to this organisation for providing us with learning opportunities and practice opportunities. Through this experience, I have improved my skills and knowledge. The staff in the Ndis department are very professional and can always find solutions to complex issues. The supervisor is also very responsible and provides a lot of support and learning opportunities in practice. I am proud to be an intern and volunteer here.
I was very satisfied with the services that I received from AMRC when me and my family arrived to Australia
AMRC has been an excellent organisation supporting our community in building capacity! Management team and CEO are wonderful!
I am glad to receive the services and support from a numerous of AMRC staff. Their deep compassion and professionalism in supporting me and my family to access the services is much appreciated. Going above and beyond to assist and having enormous patience to explain how the system and process work, have helped us as new migrants to understand the services available here. Very appreciative to the staff members and management for their great effort and I highly recommended their services to all the new arrivals.
Very inclusive and important in settlement of new migrants and refugees by providing appropriate services. Can do with further resourcing particularly for future programs.
The AMRC staff and Management provide an excellent service to all new arrivals. They have continued to deliver programs despite COVID restrictions. Well done!
A professional organisation. Staff are all very knowledgeable and willing to help and answer all questions.
It was good to have access to the sink area so close to this display which for the food handling and hygiene purposes it's always necessary.
Looking forward to our future displays there.
Worst place with worst experience no respect no time to provide service this place won't deserve to get a star government should close this irresponsible services.
The AMRC is the organisation who helps newly arrived immigrants in a practical manner. The AMRC recently arranged free two day Whyalla Tour for the immigrants who wanted to settle and work over there, I was personally attended the tour. It was tremendous experience. Whyalla and the people of Whyalla are beautiful, lovely and fantastic. I will always remember their affection, courtesy and friendliness.love you.such a memorable tour. Thank you AMRC!
For those who are unhappy about the service.you really need to look at its management and how they do business. Recently i dealt with them sponsoring friends family members and they tried to scam me of almost 30k.i am seeking legal advice about their conduct.
One of the most unprofessional disgraceful places i have ever come across.if the management of this place continues to exploit new arrivals and scam the government for a job the organisation is not doing then you better shut the doors. I sure hope you get audited at some point.
The employee are nice, its just they need some training to be professional, I called to seek a legal advise.the costumer service transfer my call to a woman that I felt am talking to someone who doesn’t know how to communicate. She gave me shortcuts and they way she chat was un responsible
To be honest she was nice but not professional at all.
You provide great client service and training to help me become job ready. I am very happy. For a new arrival who arrived a year in Adelaide I am very thankful.
