The food was amazing and the service was awesome. It is a very nice place and I recommend to go here.

Not a good experience. It started ok (the waitress was lovely) but the Dining experience was ruined by issues mainly with the meal. There were 4 of us Dining - 2 of the main courses came out together (with one of the Hot dishes, Octopus being stone cold when it came out) and then we waited nearly 15 minutes hoping that the other 2 would come out but nothing. It then took a while to get the attention of a waiter who then went to find out what was going on. By this time, I'd sent my stone cold meal back and waited, expecting that they would remake the dish but when it eventually came out it was clear that it had just been reheated under a warmer so by this time the Octopus was rubbery. When the other 2 dishes finally came out, they were ok but all 4 of us weren't able to eat our meal at the same time. Surely it's not hard to send out 4 Dishes (especially when they were all Seafood so similar cooking times) all at the same time. They apologised at the end, saying that they were busy - I saw 2 empty tables and I don't care how busy you are, there is no excuse about not being able to time the delivery of just 4 meals.
I was also a bit put out by the obvious ploy to have to pay extra for Chips for some of the dishes that would normally come with Chips. As an example, a Main size of Calamari came with Chips but the Entree size and also the Main of Octopus just came out with the basic main ingredient. Chips & Salad were extra and quite expensive for what they were. Next time we'll be going back to the Greek Restaurant at Henley Beach in the Square. Sadly, it seems that these failings are consistent with most of the other low scoring reviews.

Food wise is excellent but a bit crowded very tight space to move in if a large group comes for a meal they would be elbow to elbow just like we were. But definitely a place where meals were made with good flavour

The food and ingredients was so fresh and amazing! Best place I have been too for a while. Thoroughly enjoyed it and the staff were friendly and nice. Highly recommend it and will be back for sure.

Fantastic food - each single dish was of high quality, freshly made, absolutely delicious and well worth the money. My absolute favourite was the prawn dish. All the flavours were really nice and not the same old flavours you find anywhere and everywhere. The pita bread was beautiful and all the meat was cooked really well. Very happy with this place and will definitely be back!

Phenomenal food. Great care by workers, worth the hype. Wouldn't go anywhere else for Greek food. Maybe lower the prices just a touch but apart from that perfect.

The food was excellent. Me and my parents shared our meals between so we could taste each dish we ordered. Very well worth it.

Food exquisite, beautifully presented and delicious. For 3 people we shared 3 small, 2 main and a dessert.

Went here last night for dinner got the lamb shoulder and it was genuinely like pure home cooking. Absolutely loved the service and the food came out briskly. Will be returning many times.

The moment we walked into the restaurant it smelt like Greece which immediately endeared us to this restaurant. The staff are really lovely, friendly and always available when you need. The food service was prompt with generous portion sizes. The food was on another level, fresh, tasty Greek food just like in Greece, presented without any airs and graces letting the food speak for itself. Do yourself a favour and go to this restaurant. If we weren’t from Sydney we would be regulars. It’s not often you can eat food like you are in Greece without having to go there.

The grilled octopus chef's special was tasty, and the Cypriot salad was an absolutely delicious change from a Greek salad!
I'd go again just for the Cypriot salad!

Mother’s Day dinner at Meze Mazi, great selection of menu items but portions were small for the price. However, tasty & well cooked. The staff were friendly but food service was a little slow. Overall, great atmosphere & enjoyable dinner place.

Awesome for coffee and cake after a movie. Although Agatha Christie never had such good Greek desserts on the Nile.

Fantastic food and service, the staff are all lovely. Friendly atmosphere, wonderful menu with good sized serves. It's the second time I've been there, and I can't wait to go back again!

I can honestly say this is one of the best Greek restaurants, outside of Greece, that I have ever been to.

Growing up with my Greek mum who was an amazing cook, I tend to avoid Greek restaurants because it never compares. Mezi Mazi is different: from the calamari to the lamb shoulder and the salad, everything was amazing.

I treat is the fried chicken liver and pork belly: both perfectly cooked and made me want to jump the next plane to Athens! A must do experience!

From its well-balanced, delicious and perfectly executed food to its amazing, friendly and warm service, Meze Mazi is by far the best Greek restaurant we've experienced in Adelaide. There's nothing like leaving a restaurant completely satisfied and with a big smile on my face. We’ll be back!:)

I was one of 20 booked in for a banquet to celebrate a 30th birthday. Great friendly service and all the courses were so tasty and delicious.one of the best meals I've had out in many years.highly recommend!
