Delicious food and better service. Beetroot latte, hot chocolate, overnight oats and the potato panini. The cinnamon Knott yummy, and we couldn’t leave without taking home the croissants.

This spot always pops up on my maps but I have never ventured. This is an absolute must for vegan and non-vegan.

Absolutely delicious. I had the mushroom and avocado caesar salad with cashew cream. I wanted to have everything on the menu and this is my goal for the next couple of months. Had iced coffee and snickers cake. All scrumptious. Great friendly service. Will definitely be back.

Almost scammed $40! We ordered the Feed me menu at $66 per person ($264 for four of us). For entree we received one half piece of mushroom toast, half a tuno rice paper roll and one dumpling each. For main we shared a plate of noodles, a curry and had two lettuce leaves each with larp. Dessert was two slices of cake. When we finished our mains, we asked if anymore food was coming as we were still hungry and we had added up our dishes to $134 worth of food. We were told that it was only dessert left and some of our dishes were doubled to accomodate our table of 4 (only the larp and toast). The “double serving” of larp was $57 and was made up of 8 lettuce leaves and a small amount of tofu for each leaf. I requested an itemised bill for everything and our total came to $222 of food (including dessert), meaning we were going to be paying an extra $40 for nothing. We changed our payment so that we would pay for the seperate meals rather than the Feed me, which they were fine with. The food was nice enough, but not worth the money we did spend and we were left hungry. My advice - order seperate meals or request an itemised bill for the Feed Me menu to make sure you're getting what you pay for. The prices are very high anymore, plus its a surcharge for weekends.

Had dinner here with some friends tonight and we were all super impressed. Incredible food, great atmosphere, and very friendly staff. Would definitely come back again!

If there is a better vegan restaurant in Adelaide, tell me now! Exquisite savoury and sweet dishes, good non-alcoholic (and boozy) drink selection, ever-evolving menu and relaxing, lovely environment (and staff). Lots of gluten-free options and so many Asian-Australian flavours to explore. Just wonderful!

Serves of meals was inconsistent.
My husband who ordered the noodles received a reasonable serve and left satisfied. I ate
1 Bao entree $18 & Golden Dumplings as main $30. Sizes underwhelming. I think i counted 8 maybe 10 small gnocchi sized dumplings. $48 for both and still left hungry. $10 for a juice. I am a small eater, to leave hungry says something.

I have been here so many times before but came last night and tried the new feed me option. I loved it! Had an amazing experience and it was great value as we got to try so many of the dishes (3 of the smaller dishes, 4 of the large dishes plus dessert!). We all rolled our the door once we were finished! Definitely recommend the feed me.

For a non Vegan/Vegetarian person, I have to say the food options were great. You can tell each meal was made with care as it showed in the flavours. Even though we loved the food, the Entrès, were a little expensive for their size and the soft drinks and juices very overpriced. Service.very impressive

If you want a real treat, visit Meta Sol. The food is special - and the menu changes - I never thought I'd find a plant-based Larp. It was absolutely delicious. The drinks menu is just not your ordinary drinks menu. It's interesting and quality. They think about everything. And, it's intimate, and an attractive space to be in. Thanks Chef and staff. We dined at Metta Sol for dinner tonight. We got the Feed Me menu for dinner and it was superb. The food was fresh, well presented, and the flavour combinations were well thought out!

The two of us shared three starters, two mains, and a dessert. Everything was wonderful but if we had to choose a stand out dish it would have to be the tumeric crepe as the dish simply worked! By the end of the meal we were very satisfied without be

The venue is clean and you could tell the ingredients were fresh and high quality from the taste alone (especially the lettuce)! The space is intimate without feeling cramped, and the open kitchen was a welcome addition as we could tell everything was prepared fresh to order and the staff were very professional!

Kudos to the team, you can tell that Metta Sol is run with love and after a wonderful dinner experience we will definitely be back to try the rest of the dishes!

Delightful explosions of tastes, fresh, clean, life affirming food, great presentation, full and varied vegan menu and welcoming staff. Was such a fulfilling experience we will definitely go back to Metta Sol, highly recommended.

Dined in for lunch and it did not disappoint. Ordered the dumpling salad and the flavour was incredible. Hands down one of the tastiest dishes I’ve eaten in quite a while. Will be back as we can’t wait to try more of the food!

This used to be the best place to go for vegan food but since the owners were not there tonight, the food was bland and lukewarm. So much noise from clanging pots and pans we could hardly hear each other talk. And its cold inside. Sorry but quality has gone downhill.

Vegan only. Thats fine. Coffee prices were not articulated clearly enough. If its vegan only is the standard latte price inc any alternative milk? Should do. Non vegan cafes don’t charge extra for a standard milk. So essentially the starting price should be a single or double espresso, from there add alt milks.

Coffee tasted fine but was served flat and did not reach the top of the cup on both lattes. Sorry will not be coming back.

This is one of the most delicious vegan combination broken rice. Love it. Only one complaint is the mushroom patty is so salty. I think if you guys could have a little bowl of mushroom soup beside with the rice, is gonna be so great as it will improve the customer experiences to be better.
