Very disappointing experience. Coffee was cold. Choc cake was not available so had cannoli instead which was stale and took too long for a simple sandwich. The cat area was small and too many people to really be able to have proper experience with the available cats/kittens.
Could be run a lot better.

This place is good but there are a few things that I feel could definitely be improved
I went here during the weekend and it was quite nice, the cats were lovely, the food was great and the employees were friendly. The food did take a while to come out but it was Saturday when there were many people so I completely understand that
My main issues come down to the safety and comfort of the cats
Whilst I was there one of the kittens, Cloud, managed to escape. I was actually the one who managed to catch him but my worry is if the front door had been opened, he could have gotten out onto the road. Maybe some kind of double doorway system could be implemented in the future
My other problem is how the customers treat the cats, whilst I was there I saw many people picking kittens up who did not want to be picked up. One instance a tall man picking one up and if the kitten had jumped out of his arms in a weird angle, could've gotten hurt. I suggest more rules being presented by the staff, no picking up cats, at all and when someone does, they get gently told not to. Maybe also disallowing shoes when in the cat area, as if a cat gets stepped on they will less likely be hurt if the person is not wearing shoes and it is easier to notice if you are not wearing shoes.
The cat area is incredibly small with quite a few cats and I worry that they have nowhere to hide when wanting to be left alone, maybe expanding in the future to give the cats more room.
Though apart from all that, its a lovely place. The cats are so friendly and gorgeous and the employees are kind.

Had such a lovely time taking my Nana for her birthday! Definitely book in advance if you are visiting as it is quite busy. We didn't but luckily got a table and the staff were super lovely and accommodating to us.

Took a VERY long time to get meals and the staff brought the wrong meals to our table 2 times.
The cat section of the cafe was quite enjoyable. Unfortunately many of the cats just wanted to sleep after the previous groups entertaining them.

Family run, super friendly, so many cute cats and they encourage adopting. What's not to love. My son sat and played with kittens for an hour and a half, I'm not sure he's ever looked happier.

New owners and new subpar menu. Not as good at it used to be. Had a schnitzel and it was very undercooked. The cats and kittens are still good though.

I went here on a date a while ago at night and it was great. The food was good - a little expensive but because it includes the admission fee to hang out with the cats. The cats were charming and friendly. Staff seemed to let us have more time with the cats than we were supposed to get since it wasn't busy at the time, which was nice.

Arrived here around 2: 50 and ordered a tiramisu and a chocolate frappe, the tiramisu arrived fairly fast however i waited at least 30 minutes for the frappe and it wasnt even icy so fairly disapointed. The cat room was constantly crowded and some of the cats were not friendly at all.

I'm only giving one because the cat area is clean, a sides that the place was disgusting, dirty plates every where on tables counter behind counter I mean everywhere was not that busy, so there was time to clean, just absolutely gross, is not how it was when first opened

A pretty fun spot for a late night dessert. The food and coffee is okay for what you pay (noting that you're effectively subsidising the costs of the cats). Highly recommend for a different experience and a pretty good NY Cheese Cake.

Lovely place and had such adorable cats! We only ordered drinks but they were really nice.
The cat's are all very lovely and very playful. It's a great place to hang out at.

We went here with some friends on the weekend. I believe there are a few things the Cafe could improve on.

1) The tables were very unstable, only held up with a nail and very wobbly. The chairs were very uncomfortable and looked very worn.

2) The toilets were not clean and need some renovations, very sma confined area not suitable for wheelchair or disabled access.

3) Staff were friendly, however seemed inexperienced with taking our orders and forgot what we were drinking. The asian male waiter had trouble with getting the correct change to my friend and stumbled on taking orders in general.

4) The atmosphere was generally 'good' but the decor and functionality of the place seems run down, you'd expect a little more especially with it being situated in a well off area of Unley. But it seems there is not much love and money spent on propper and safe seating, tables etc.

5) The food was average - expensive for what is actually delivered to you. I had the waffles, egg and bacon dish - small egg, no flavour, some cheap tasting bacon, strange Greek yogurt sauce (I would have preferred a salad or something more interesting) as everything was very bland and dry. My friend ordered the odd looking waffle 'thing' which looked like dry balls. She said it was dry and needed some kind of sauce. It looked pretty horrible (presentation wise it just looked like balls of.poo), my other friend had the waffles and berries which actually looked and they said it tasted 'alright'. Overall the food wasn't as impressive and expensive for what it really is. My cappuccino was terrible, small and extremely strong, burnt. I was expecting a pretty piece of art work sprinkled on top of the chocolate, but that was thrown on there.

6) The cat area was TINY! It's quite sad to see the cats in such a small confined area.we went in and couldn't sit anywhere. We had to sit on the floor - whilst an annoying child hovered around us, hitting and touching us, telling us what to do/what not to do. Pretty rude considering the mother was there and she did nothing to stop her boy from behaving so hyperactive. Dissapointed really. Not a good cat cafe experience.

7) Lack of foid options - no vegan or vegetarian option on menu either.

This place needs a good renovation before they can start charging so much for so little/lack of.

I'm sorry but we won't come back.

Best to let them know beforehand if you have a group going and maybe give names for your orders to keep track as it gets confusing who's milkshake is who's! Coffee was also unavailable when we went there which was disappointing for a cafe.

Book in to see cats as soon as you've paid for drinks/food cos there's usually a wait. It's all volunteers here so don't expect excellent service - they do a very good job in my opinion. Dessert was delicious

Really cute atmosphere with pretty decent food. The desserts were wicked and the cats were really well looked after. My first experience with a cat cafe and I was pleasantly suprised.

Really liked the mixed berry waffle, it was delicious and the price was fair!
The cats are very cute and lovely, I wish I could take all of them home!
Service could improve a little. I didnt feel welcomed.

There's a cat room where you have to book in to see the cats after buying food or drinks. Cats were good, overall, it's okay.
