Someone has put in a definite effort into making this lovely stretch of water extra special, with the spongiest lawn ever, a sweet little jetty, levitating park benches and informative historical vertical friezes giving you appreciation of the aboriginal origins. The toilets are well looked after, and there's shops and coffee, and ample parking for you and the caravan.
Quick toilet stop on a trip to Adelaide. Great clean facilities and also a lovely display of small Christmas trees as it was just post Christmas.
Great place for a stop off with the kids when driving through Meningie. Agreat playground, well planned and different than your usual playground. The toilets here are fairly clean. There are some picnic tables and a lovely lawn area for the kids to have a run and stretch.
Beautiful lakeside waterfront. Well maintained, great playground, sculptures and sunset. Lovely spot for a rest stop or picnic.
Lovely park, good toilets, dog bags supplied and a play ground for kids. Nice picnic tables for lunch
Nice park with a variety of play equipment as well as large grass area.
There's also a BBQ area and a toilet block which was reasonably clean for public toilets.
Lovely park to stop at for a break in your travels. Beautifully landscaped, shelter available and garden chairs to rest at.
We had a picnic on the beautiful manicured lawns watching the boats on the lake. The only problem was the number of people at shops not wearing masks or using QR codes
Great playground by the lake. Enjoy a classic pasty or pie from the Meningie bakery right across the road.
Excellent location, well maintained public toilets, near the excellent Bakery and other local shops
