I’ve been with Melissa Fitness for just over 6 months now. I’m the fittest I’ve ever been. Melissa is great at meeting you where you are at with fitness and pushing you to be your best. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I could not recommend Melissa Fitness enough

I have been enjoying Melissa Fitness for over 6 months now and have seen significant improvements in my stamina and overall fitness.

There are a variety of different classes on offer throughout the week and I am really enjoying the boxing, strength and HIIT classes.

It is clearly evident the amount of work and planning that Melissa puts in to every session as they are all varied and present a new challenge each time.

Melissa herself is a wonderful trainer who has created an encouraging, supportive and most of all fun environment where it doesn’t feel like a chore to attend.

If you’re not a fan of gyms (like me) and you enjoy group sessions I can’t recommend Melissa Fitness enough!

I’ve been with Melissa fitness for nearly a year now and I’ve never felt better about my health before this. Melissa is great in motivating you and all her sessions are fun, challenging and different. You leave every session feeling you have achieved something. Since I’ve been with Melissa I’ve not only improved my fitness levels but also how I view health and fitness and have a good relationship with it!
I truly highly recommend Melissa!

I have been with Melissa Fitness for a few weeks now, and I have had an amazing experience already. Melissa is so encouraging, kind and she makes sure all new members are comfortable and feeling supported during their fitness journey. The other members are also very welcoming and friendly, it is a very positive and fun group to be a part of! The sessions are also always different, challenging and I have learned so much already. Couldnt recommend Melissa Fitness more!

What started as a 6-week trial quickly became 18 months of training with Melissa, and still going! A friend and I train 2-1 once a week which is great for keeping each other accountable to our sessions. Melissa changes it up every week so we never know what to expect and never get bored with repetitive exercises. She has a great personality, encouraging us to challenge ourselves without being aggressive, as well as adapting exercises for temporary injuries or physical limitations. I highly recommend Melissa if you need some inspiration to meet your health and fitness goals.

I have paid for gym memberships for years. But I just was never consistent. I connected with Melissa to achieve my fitness goals. I started feeling months back and Melissa has made ever single session so interactive and interesting that you get hooked to fitness. I feel stronger and every session gives me another reason to come back. Melissa connects with you on personal level to help achieve your goals. For somebody like who has never moved an inch in my life; Melissa has changed me for the better.

I started training with Melissa in 2021 - a year after having my first child and only months after having quite a major surgery to repair a large hernia caused by a previous surgery so I wasn’t in good shape. Melissa was absolutely fantastic with me and helped me to learn great form and to set goals for myself. She also helped me to understand my limits and tailored so many exercises for me to ensure I didn’t cause any further injury. Melissa got me involved with her group training as well as the 8 week challenge and it’s been such a positive experience. I’m fitter, stronger, slimmer and much happier. Her sessions have become part of my weekly routine.
Another important note to mention is that Melissa really tailors the exercises to each individual and keeps it fresh. She is incredibly down to earth and she’s lived the experience herself so she’s all about keeping it real.
Highly recommend giving it a go!

I would highly recommend Melissa Fitness. Melissa is a great trainer - she mixes up the sessions, so they are never the same.
I would highly recommend to join her fitness group whilst pregnant. Melissa is really accommodating, and she modifies the sessions to keep you feeling really safe and strong during your pregnancy. I feel more physically fit participating in her group sessions this pregnancy, compared to my last pregnancy where I only participated in Pilates. I can keep up with my toddler son, and the physical demands of my job.
During Covid, Melissa has been excellent with communication, and has kept sessions really safe, in particular, having sessions outdoors only.

I've been training with Melissa for a few months now, both personal and group training. Both are great! Every session is different which keeps it fun and trains different muscles every week. Melissa is super organised, and makes payments and bookings easy. She's also fun, corrects your form when needed and tailors exercises if you have any injuries. The group training is in a comfortable setting in a school gym with like-minded and supportive ladies. I am seeing improvements in my strength and fitness, and we are keeping track of improvements in PT which keeps me motivated! Definitely recommend!:)

I’m about 6 weeks into my journey with Melissa Fitness and I’m so glad I found her! As someone who has always enjoyed exercise but isn’t educated on how to do it effectively, training with Melissa takes all that stress away. Every class is always different so for people like me who get bored doing the same routines, having new and creative ways of exercising is so fun! The group aspect provides great support, accountability and lots of laughs! I enjoy getting to be a part of the positive vibes the classes bring ️ I noticed a shift in my mental health as early as the first week and have grown much stronger since day 1. Melissa is always challenging my abilities and has lit a fire I didn’t know I needed!

I joined Melissa Fitness about 3 years ago & haven’t looked back. Melissa has worked very hard to create a fun, friendly & motivated group which is very adaptable to everyone’s own fitness levels. We have lots of laughs & all the members are extremely welcoming & very friendly. Every class is different & there is a lot of variety to keep us keen. Working outdoors in the warmer months is definitely a bonus too. I’ve never been keen on gym/exercise ever before, but these classes are unique & well worth giving it a try!

I have been exercising with Melissa Fitness for over 3 years now - I saw her flyer at a local café and joined up on a whim and I really have not looked back!

I have become a different version of myself thanks to Melissa's help and motivation. I have reached a level of health and fitness that I had never really expected to achieve. I am now addicted to training for a challenge, whether that challenge be 2 days back to back True Grit Course, a charity walk carrying 40kgs or recently completing a sprinter triathlon event - just to see if I can! Turns out I can! Which is pretty good for a 47 year old single mum of 4!

If I can do it, so can you with a little bit of motivation from Melissa and the support of an amazing community that has formed over the last few years! I would recommend Melissa Fitness in a heartbeat and encourage anyone to try out a session to see how amazing the group is.

Melissa is a dedicated professional trainer who designs sessions to ensure consistent progress and improvement while ensuring you feel safe and supported.
The physical and mental resilience that comes from the training gives me strength, confidence and the energy to live life to the fullest.

I’ve been training in Melissa’s group training for two years and it is the best decision I could have made for my physical health. The group training is a wonderful community - the other members are non-competitive and encouraging, no matter your fitness level. Melissa caters her lessons to the individuals in the class, both for injury and fitness level. No workout is ever the same and I always leave feeling challenged!
