Very disappointed with the service we received today.
I rang 10days ago to make a group appointment for my daughters Wedding, Bride, Bride's sister & mother of the Bride.
I discussed at length via the phone that we wished to have a manicure & pedicure and was quote $127 per person which I agreed to & booked the appointments.
On arrival they began our pedicures one at a time (which was perfectly fine) but once my daughters pedicure was finished she moved over to the manicure section to start the next part of our appointment only to be told by the very rude manager that we did not have appointments for a manicure. I began to question this & explained that I discussed the full hand & feet package over the phone & was even quoted $127! She dismissed my discussion and was adamant that I did not book the appointment for both.
She then reluctantly offered us only 1 manicure appointment in 1/2 hr which we excepted. I then decided to forgo my pedicure & offer that time slot to my other daughter so they could both at least get a manicure & pedicure. At this point I left the salon to find another place to get my own manicure & pedicure.
Then my daughter phone me to say that whilst she waited to have the manicure (the time slot that I gave up) the manager proceeded to give the appointment to a walk in, then told my daughter she couldn't have the manicure!
The whole experience was absolutely disgraceful & our Mother & daughter pre Wedding pampering day was spoilt!

Had a really great experience. The feel of the space is great, everything is really hygienic and my nails look fantastic. My nail technician and all the staff were also really friendly. Have already recommended the place to friends and family.

For the second time, my one hour bliss pedicure only lasted 45 minutes. The excuse that my feet didn’t need the full hour’s attention seems very weak. I think it is more likely that both times the therapist was running late, and saved time on my service. This time I complained and was offered 15% discount.
Is it false advertising to offer an hour’s pedicure and not deliver?

A very welcoming, friendly and helpful place to know all about your health and beauty needs for your feet and hands! My latest podiatry appointment was timely, welcoming and helpful. Will definitely come here again as I am completely satisfied with the service given

This is my second appointment with Sam and I have found him to be incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I feel confident he will be able to help me look after my feet and prevent past injuries from flaring up.
I also feel very comfortable having pedicures here as I know the practice has appropriate health and safety measures in place.

I came with my sister in law, and we both had a lovely experience.
We were treated professionally, with respect, care and friendliness. Our feet also look and feel so much better! Thanks to Nhi and Nia especially.

Always a wonderful experience. The service is always 5 star, the therapists make sure you leave feeling and looking fabulous. The Dazzle Dry nail polish is excellent and lasts much longer than normal polish. All of podiatrists are kind, knowledgeable and clearly explain all treatments.

Husband was turned away for not being vxd. No mention on the phone when I made the appointment although told today, when he was refused treatment, that I was informed - Not true. Totally medically discriminated against even though a mask was used. Will be posted on the discrimination Fb page on places to avoid. Shame on your business.

I honestly could not be happier with the team at Glenelg. Jackie is so welcoming, Sam is a delight and a fantastic podiatrist and the lovely Kelly has my toes looking so fancy painted in Cotton Candy.

Definitely my new regular place! I had the classic manicure and I'm really happy with it. Thanks guys!
