6Would be 5 stars for Dr Megan Lloyd and Dr Luke Billingsley, 1 star for other interactions I've had. It disgusts me that you're refused to be seen when you have cold symptoms, receive a 2 minute telehealth call, and then are charged the full price. Telehealth is a joke and so is the practice done by some of the doctors at this clinic.
The receptionists are all completely useless and have no social skills or competence when it comes to being able to complete a simple job by answering the phone and booking a time. This simple task that any untrained buffone would be able to perform is considered somewhat challenging for these receptionist who I assume would have more then one week experience on the job (which is all u need). I had influenza A and needed desperate medical attention but was denied because the receptionist read me the wrong times on the wrong day. The doctors must have lots of patiences unlike this medical clinic who struggle to maintain a loyal patient clientele. The wait times are horrific, the attitudes displayed from the staff are horrific, and I’m sure they will ask you about your cold and flu symptoms rather then ask you if you are ok. Even if you make it the doctors and get medication, don’t even bother with the chemist next door. (they are much worse than medical HQ)
I've seen most of the Drs here and all of them are great. Megan Lloyd and Luke Billingsley are especially amazing. I take my daughters to them along with myself. They actually care about you and aren't just trying to get you in and out in 2 minutes.
I love my doctor here. However, the receptionists seem to have no patience on the phone with clients who are trying to make an appointment. A bit less rudeness and a bit more professionalism on the phone would be appreciated. Thank you.
