Kids got what they wanted and enjoyed it. Playground was clean and the kids enjoyed it. Service is getting worse here every time I come here, total chaos. Someone needs to take charge of the workers.

This McDonald’s is the worst maccas I’ve ever been too, THE WORST customer service it’s disgusting! The food was well below average I wouldn’t even feed it to my a rat DO NOT GO HERE

Had a lady pick her nose, pick at her pimples, fingers in ears and fingers in mouth all while touching food she is serving to customers.

I normally don't comment but I'm appalled at this Macca's. Filthy toilets, and the floor in the restaurant was beyond dirty. Tables not wiped down. Slow service. Ordering kiosks out of paper for printing your order. Lots of flies. Staff looked so unhappy and stressed. I'm not trying to put Macca's down as the vast majority of the outlets are excellent. But this is a major let down.

Honestly, this place has got to be a joke i paid for a short black and they gave me not even half of an espresso shot and still charged me the full price knowing they didn’t give me what i ordered.slowest mcdonalds i’ve ever been to absolutely disappointing and shocking.

Disgrace service including from store manager asked for a coffee frappe got something that looked nothing like it I said they seem to know how to make them in Adelaide her response was we are not a Adelaide store just remember that, remember this you are under the mcdonalds banner so learn how to get it right seriously

Refused to take our order during opening times due to “system shutdown” never heard that in my life.

Disappointing Used to be great coffee. Not any more. I'm over getting luke warm pale coloured milk, no froth and overfull that the lids fall off. Definately not cappuccino as I ordered.
This has happened to me several times. Not any more tho! If I could give minus stars I would.

They used to have the best coffee, but now I absolutely can’t say that anymore.ordered a cappuccino and I got brown milk.tasted foul burnt no frothing no chocolate on top.and this has been happening a few times now.so I want be getting any more from there

McDonald's restaurants and I have been in the morning and the afternoon to get some food. I must say it isn't the best store. I have been in the shop and waited for along time and food was cold

I’m disappointed. It’s currently 12: 40 and I didn’t get a Mcwrap I don’t understand why they don’t do Mcwraps at this time? Mcwraps are my favourite and they don’t sell them at this time so maccas you get a 1 star

Food was good for a McDonalds. All stores are a hit and miss when it comes to the food. Customer service was great.

Maybe the worse coffee I have had from there. Was so hot and over full that it spilt and burn my leg just getting it into the car windows. Please train staff how to make the coffee

Had the best time for lunch, staff are wonderful, one in particular, she kept all entertained well

Ordered a quarter pounder without pickles and no onions and on an unseeded bun.
I got home and all I had was a paddy and cheese no roll at all. Took it back and manager stood there arguing. Not good customer service

Very disappointing breakfast meal I orderd two double shot coffees, and received two cups of luke warm dishwater to go with cold meal not going back ever a wast of good money. And I only gave one star because I had to.

S#%T's franchise in SA the wait is every time you visit food is shaped together if they have it in stock and getting in and out of the place is a nightmare

Cheap bad lighting no care for atmosphere.people don’t understand how bad they look under cheap led lighting especially eating a big mac. Truely disgusting. It’s meant to be a restaurant not a science lab toilet where people look like ghoulish Werewolves with mayo sprawled over their face. I guess the standard are really low out here.
