Total garbage. Asked for no lettuce or onions, they gave me both but removed the bread. What the actual F.

On top of that, their bloody phone number doesn't work and there is no complaints procedure on their website. I watn my money back

Purchased one sundae and two mcflurries through the drive through. Young girl handed them through drive through window and they were like soup.completely melted.disgusting! I was and am in such disbelief at how bad they were! Never again!

Just one of the worst maccas around, everything tastes like dishwasher detergent. I'm not joking.

40 mins for an icecream that they got wrong, absolute pig sty of a store. 10 minutes just to get served.

I could not believe the rubbish and how unclean it was behind the counter, so unhygienic.
There were about 8 teenagers working, so plenty of staff.
I think there needs to be a few more mature staff that can give direction on jobs that need doing.

This is the worst food establishment I’ve ever experienced. Even Port Augusta Maccas is far better than this (and that is really saying something)!

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 iced coffees. After sitting in the car for roughly 25mins we finally received the order. The staff failed to mention how their ice machine was broken. It wasn’t until we drove away and tasted the so called iced coffee we discovered we had been served what could only be described as Luke-warm toilet water. The coffee was weak and the milk tasted as though it hadn’t been refrigerated and without the ice the coffee was a Luke warm abomination. Went back in to see what they could do about it. The staff member was very helpful and apologetic which was appreciated but she failed to miss the point when she offered to make more iced coffee. Instead they made us two cokes without ice.

As per usual the place was absolutely disgusting with zero food hygiene practices being followed. Food and rubbish all over the floors and a filthy kitchen.

There was a ridiculously long wait time in the drive thru with many staff waiting around doing nothing.

Who ever owns this MacDonalds obviously has zero interest in the running of it and is just in it for the guaranteed cash grab with it being the closest maccas in the beachside suburbs of Semaphore, west lakes and Henley.

My recommendation is to spend the extra 5 mins driving to port Adelaide maccas where the reduced time waiting for your order will make up for the otherwise wasted time sitting in the drive thru at west lakes. At least you’ll be guaranteed the correct order.

Worst McDonald's in the whole universe. Ice cream machine never works, poverty stricken hygiene. Waited once 15 minutes for 2 simple hamburgers. How is it even possible food inspection have not shut the place?

The food is fine.if you just order straight off the menu, as soon as you ask to remove pickles or add sauce for fussy kids (and adults) you can assume 9 times out of 10 it won't happen.

Friendly staff and also the customer service is really good. Not had to wait longer times after ordering food as there are more staff here than any other mc donald franchises. Food was fresh and also tasty at the same time.

I would highly recommend anyone to try this one out

The drive-through service was terrible. Very slow. No apologies for the delay. Poor customer service. Poor dress standards. The food was cool by the time we departed.

This place is run by a bunch of monkeys! Once again another 25+ minute wait for 3 meals! Watched close to 15 cars pass on through the drive through without hesitation, yet we were the only car in waiting bay for 15 minutes - then served a tragic serve of burnt Big Macs and overcooked stale fries!?

One staff member left panicked and running the drive through, while others 2-3+ “manager” chatting and on their phones? And one clearly finished also on their phone hanging out in the bin in the centre of the carpark…

Who’s running this place? It literally feels like a trip to the zoo every visit lately, I just want my fries! And my money back!

Sure has slipped in quality in recent years. Used to be the jewel in the crown of Maccas in Adelaide, now it's a bit of a dive. Sad.

Totally disorganised, absolute shambles. Third time this restaurant has messed up my order. Coffee arrived cold, and was full cream milk and not soy milk, and no extra shot like I asked. Totally unacceptable for somebody that is lactose intolerant. Toilets are absolutely disgusting, and they don't seem to care about feedback. Not a pleasant experience at all

After arriving home, my order was missing a McChicken, Qtr Pounder & Nugget Sauces. After calling up to make a complaint the manager told me to come back in and they will replace the items. Agreeing I would return the following day, I arrived and the duty manager said that my complaint was not recorded in their system and there was nothing they could do about it!
The manager asked if I had proof.or a photo? A photo of burgers I didn't receive! Absolutely ripped off!
We won't go there about the waiting times! This would have to be the worst McDonalds I have ever been to!

The health inspectors need to take a look inside this place. Absolutely disgusting. Filthy. Everything chairs tables toilets. OMG

This place is filthy. Grimy fingerprints on toilet doors, filthy windows, food waste on table tops, dirty walls & floor. Everything needs cleaning here

Ordered happy meals got home no toys disappointing for kids, young girl on service window not the best obviously doesn’t like her job

I'm waiting more than 20mins for just a cheese burger, and is not even busy, apparently they forget my meal, but never get their apologies, their staff just throw meal on table without said anything. And The chip box is covered with oil! Very bad experience
