McDonald's Trinity Gardens

This was quite possibly the WORST McDonald's we've ever visited.
We ordered via the app so it was quicker and we were the first and only car in the drive thru for pick up.

We ordered 2 double bacon and egg McMuffins in meals and an extra small fries and an additional hashbrown.

We were asked to wait in the waiting bay. No problem.the problem was there were half a dozen cars that pulled in behind us and they all got their food plus coffees before we did!?

When we did get our meals and coffees the coffees were burnt. Absolutely disgusting! Time to retrain your baristas. To top it off, we opened the McMuffins and both of them were slapped together and I'm not kidding when I say the ingredients that were SUPPOSED to be IN BETWEEN the muffin were not! I've never seen such a terribly constructed muffin, EVER!

There's no point complaining to these franchises because they literally do not care.

We just know, we'll never go back to that one.

Need to be careful of this McDonald.my last few take away order had missing items from no sauce for my nuggets to missing my big Mac burger for my family meal. Staffs needs better training at counting and especially during busy time. Surely can't be that hard.
This time missing two McChicken burgers and nugget sauces again. Need to find a new McDonald to go to.

Very dissapointed with my McDonalds tender box there was toe nails all over it Instead of comiing to this dumpster truck place I will go to HungryJacks the burgers are better at HungryJacks and their McFlurrys are way better then Maccas storms I wil also order my my APPLE SLICES THERE

Huge choice of burgers and other food along with lots of drink options such as coke, milkshakes and coffee. There’s a fair few parking spots. The actual building isn’t that big though but there’s plenty of seating.

Macca's like a good old friend, always something to savour, gd remembrance. Apple pie's still a hit.

Ordered a skim cappuccino.drove off to find out had been given a hot chocolate. Drove back re-ordered and was put through as a decaf! Get to the window to be asked if 6 nuggets was my correct order Absolute shambles. Finally get replacement coffee and drive off to taste a cup of warm milk with no coffee.

Scrumptious enough that I didn't notice the spit and I didn't die so all good things

Better if i say nothin. Maybe staff were to tired and hard worked to keep the small restaurant clean reminded me of hindley maccas on weekend nights.

Run by 14-15 yo kids, don’t listen and take proper order and always miss things from my order. Don’t know anything about customer service. Always Drive thru and now before leaving I check my order and if something missing and I asked, they said you can come inside and order: (, such a shame

Has changed ownership I think or gone a bit slack with orders. Some was forgotten and had to remind them.

I ordered muffin, chicken bites, hash brown and toastie. After I went back home. I found there is no toastie. This is second time This year

Go thru the D/T @ 6: 05am for breakfast and get told coffee machine isn’t setup and can’t serve coffees yet. Didnt leave the D/T till 6: 15. And still manage to get my order wrong and gave me a chocolate shake not the coffee shake I ordered.

The experience here was fairly standard, but it was expected coming from a McDonalds. The food came quickly and my order was correct. Cannot complain.

Waited at the drive-through for service only to watch other cars arriving after me in the other lane and having their order taken. I had to get out of my vehicle and alert the girl of how the orders were out of sequence. Obviously not using the cameras to watch cars arriving. I was told that she was eventually going to take my order.

I'm getting sick of bacon egg mcmuffins with egg shells and these ones are hidden in the white.there's nothing worse than on a rare occasion when you're so busy and late for work you grab a quick breakfast and get that.nothing worse when you're already starting your day badly.but of course quick service fast food we can't expect an intact egg can we.

The service was very slow for two basic happy meals.difficult place to park with the position of the drive through.will avoid going there again.

It's one of the nicer stores to dine in at, and the food is always fresh. I hate having to ask for fresh chips, but this store always has hot fresh chips. It's the little things that count!

Very busy Saturday afternoon. Full of patrons and lomg drive thru queues. Surprisingly, the dining area and the bathroom were clean. Staff was nice although its super busy, she came and asked me if I had got my order as she saw me waited there a bit long.

Horrible experience! We went there today at 10 am
I knew is a bit early asked for happy meal. But usually other McDonald still offering happy meal even is not 10: 30 am yet!
A Male staff with grey suit on replied me we didn’t do it here with bad attitude! In front of my 3 years old son! AWFUL! What a bad experience for a kid and so cold blood!

Worst experience, Untrained Staff. I have ordered through mobile app for pickup and when at drive-thru they tell me to come inside when I already checked in on app for drive thru
