McDonald's Seaford

Useless staff phoned up in the morning to ask if they had frozen Fanta was told yes I was there within 1 min of the phone call to be told no we don’t do that flavour… went back that afternoon to get my son a large fries as he couldn’t get his drink he had been asking for and they gave me a large sprite instead… instead of apologising and swapping it they wanted me to get out the car be refunded the two dollars and then pay for the large fries which is what I had ordered and the person read back to me what I had ordered… so the manager who was shocking and stood there treating me like an idiot and arguing with me that I owed them money and she would “speak to her staff” literally could’ve just said sorry our mistake here’s the fries you ordered… so not once but twice in one day they messed up… she was also telling me I’m holding up the drive through because of their mistake. I had four kids in the car why on earth would I park get them all out, get them to refund me $2 and then have to pay and re order for some fries? What a joke.

Food was disgustingly soggy, chips half full and cold, they mixed up my order, forgot my coke then got the size wrong and the manager was rude af and hung up on me when I politely tried to tell them to do better, because they are a National chain and have a reputation to uphold. Everyone seemed to be stoned and incompetent. The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had and that is a pretty low bar. I would recommend steering clear of this store especially after11pm. I’d also recommend the owners look at their hiring process. Incompetent is the word and if you’re too incompetent to work McDonald’s that’s unfortunate.

Absolutely horrible experience I bought drinks through the Mobile app but they ended up taking my points and money without giving me the drinks because it apparently didn’t show up on there machine but I proved that I ordered it through my phone and bank details, but they still refused and they told me to email McDonalds. Never going there again.

Recent lunch run above expectations. Staff were friendly yet busy. We appreciate all the hard work everyone puts in. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Were mocking me for the way I said "yea" to my order, I'm Spanish aswell so I had an accent

Came here on a Sunday halftime of a Crows match, was very quiet. And probably had the best service of any maccas. Lady behind the counter told us to sit down and they'll give us our order. Brilliant!
Burgers looked as though they were thrown together, but it was hot and tasty. Really good here

Ordered the new custard and raspberry pie mcflurry. I had been looking forward to having one of these when I saw them on the menu a few days ago. Only to be extremely disappointed. 1 I thought the pie would be hot. 2 I didn't taste any custard. 3 the raspberry was just the sauce they put on your normal Sundays. Was not what I was expecting at all.

My meal was prepared by a lovely boy by the name of Brandon Wright give that man a pat on the back please, possibly even a promotion. Keep it up

Ordered a crispy chicken wrap and orange juice and thay both had bugs in them never coming here again also saw a little girl half out of the car ordering there meal

Told me to wait in the car park because you were "making the food fresh" then brought me out literally cold fries.

We ordered three filet o fish with no tartare sauce. Generally with customised order the food will be served hot. We waited for a long time and all three came out cold and the fillet is dry. We also ordered hot chocolate which took so long…

The women with the left Arm sleeve tattoo needs to not yell at her young staff. All of the staff within this store are clearly very young and struggling during a busy period. Instead of just yelling at them what is needed for customers actually get involved and help them, teach them to become better staff rather than commanding and controlling.

Waited 20 minutes for a cappuccino and the line was back out to commercial road at Seaford

Needs more staff or training

I make order for chai latte and still waiting for last 20 mins no one even start making it. Its the worst experience in my life i have ever seen

I ordered a grilled chicken caesar salad, it cost around $10.50. When I got home and opened it up I couldn't believe what I was looking at, 4 tiny, thin slices of chicken 2 small pieces of bacon and a box full of lettuce. It was truly shameful to look at. I will never go back there again.

Much love to y'all, but how do you keep getting ubereats orders SO wrong? 9 times out of 10 we either get missing items or someone else's order entirely.i understand that it isn't easy being under pressure and dealing with customers all day, but i genuinely don't get how it's possible for this to happen almost every single time: (

Trust me from a local just deplorable unfortunately I don't have words to describe IT, strong advice if you don't mind waiting in line pop next door to KFC or even HJs down the road, at least you'll get an Reasonable meal and good service if uneatable slop is your preference my all means you should be able to order straight away no line up required here.

Ordered a family feast,
Chips were cold and stale
Chicken was gross I'm convinced it was rat
And they forgot all our sauces

This McDonald's is an utter disgrace. After incredibly bad service at the front counter and after I made an enquiry in relation to why staff are taking so long to do the most simplest of tasks and also being totally ignored by other staff. I was then later confronted in the children's play area by an angry and militant young worker, who seemed to be the floor manager. She ordered me to leave the premises and she made ugly false accusations about myself. I tried to explain to her that what she was alleging was actually not the case, however she was not interested in what I had to say. This totally irrational floor manager not only startled me but also upset the child that I was accompanying. I will certainly not be returning or taking any children to this McDonald's store ever again.
