McDonald's Salisbury

The people servering me made me wait 10 minites for my food told me I was getting fresh fries here turns out they where cold and then the manager i asked would let me know if my food was on the list after waiting 10 minites then he walked of and didn't tell me nothing and then I got my food to cold chips and burgers thank u very much mac craps do not recommend this place at all

Good and fast service, the meals were good. Just some dirty tables and garbage in the floor. But excellent in general

Coffee was not hot enough had banana bread toasted received no butter or knife overall disappointed

Great people great customer service great food and they finally r getting better at not mixing up the orders u place

Every time I have ordered there my orders have been wrong not to mention the customer service has dropped dramatically. An example is the coke syrup was either off or empty as the drink only tasted like sparkling water, asked the lady that worked there to change the drink.she threw the drink violently into the bin and replaced the drink.the other drink also tasted the same. However I decided to take it anyway as I did not want to deal with the poor customer service

Hopeless service from the people.
Made me wait for more than 20mins for just a small order.
But when they gave they are good enough to miss some items ordered and not even have a courtesy to say sorry.
Rude and useless

I know Macca's can get busy at peak times, but it would be good if they can dish up the right items that you have ordered. Profit before satisfaction I'm sure the owners wouldn't like to be served up some of the slops if ordered, take some pride in the name and think would you like it if it was served to you.

Absolutely disgusting manager mckenna, very poor customer service speaks to customers very rudely. Makes up her own "in store policies"
Definitely will not be going there again!

I was waiting for delivery pick up from 25 minutes when i asked again why isn’t ready yet they were like we forgot you are waiting

I have been there now 4 times in a row for a coffee frappe and the bloody machine isn’t working up ya game Salisbury your service has been appalling lately not happy

Drive through line up was long but that's due to amount of traffic it receives. Time from order to deliver was on point. Good customer service when an issue arises.

Service in the last few months has dropped dramatically.
I've been going here for a lot of years.
Tonights example.
Waited for "23" mins in the drive-thru until I got my meal.
Got home and half of the chips in my meal were un-edible WAY over cooked and were crunchier than potato chips. Threw half of them away.
The 1 star is for the Friendly girl on the pay window.
Extremely POOR MANAGEMENT to let things get to this stage

I ordered a quarter pound and a large cup of tea. I was just their customer. After 20 minutes they served me food and I went there and returned home. They gave me a quarter of a pound and a little tea. I think this is the manager's problem because he can not manage these unprofessional employees

Good service, despite the burger having things on I didn't ask for but easy fixed by taking them off. But all good. Mistakes are made. Well trained staff. Well most of them.

Terrible service the burgers taste absolutely disgusting worse McDonald's ever never gone back there.

Ordered a new Mcspicy cheese and bacon burger…. No bacon on it ordered two apple pies not in the order no receipt given in drive thru. This is ridiculous never again at this Maccas

Food hot Ask for something as in bacon cooked more, it's done perfectly most times I only thing that bugs me is that certain Macca's charge different prices for say an increase in the cone or say a cheeseburger meal Not impressed with that at all! Messy people who are to lazy to put their rubbish in the bin is another but the staff as re quick to clean the tables and wipe them down

Maccas at Salisbury what a joke.
The service was not there.
I went in 1 person in front of me they serve him in 8 mins then me another 6 mins later I get to place my order.
We wait and wait and wait.
I look around one person is sitting down at a table with a number on table I was wondering how long she has been waiting.
I look around on the floor and the rubbish is everywhere the table S have not been wiped down or rubbish removed.
Finally the person in front of me gets his food great 15mins I have been inside waiting with only the one person in front of me another 3 mins I get my food.
She apologized for being so late.
I eat my hamburger in the car park it's stone cold I can't believe it I just got it.

Wow I don't even know if I want to waste my time writing this review but I'm here because I tried to call the store and they didn't answer.

So I asked for fries without salt, not because I was worried that they were going to be old fries served to me with.

When I asked at the collection window if the fries were without salt she said no sorry I'll change them the fresh ones have just come up so she went took my order back, gave me my order back, I stupidly drove off and got home only to realise they were cold and salty

Why would they do this?
I'm just dumbfounded by peoples ignorance!

Multiple tables were dirty and even after asking staff to wipe it down, they were nowhere to be seen.
