Staff are usually very nice.but things are often missing from the orders, especially if we have a happy meal with two sides (you will 1/10 times get that second side), and there is never sauce on my burger.i cannot for the life of me explain it but for some reason everytime i get a mcspicy from this maccas there is no sauce on it.ice creams are normally underfilled too

Tend to be busy so have bit of the wait. But overall service are good, staffs certainly friendly. The clean is generally clean. And McCafe has great coffee!

Worst maccas I've ever been to, have never had any issues at other stores with orders being completely forgotten but has genuinely happened every time I've been here, just go to the maccas at Darlington or the KFC across to road

Best playground for kids I have found yet. It it inside with heater and Air-conditioning. Polite staff 1 star off because the eat in food took a really long time

Got the wife and I coffees there tonight and they were both really nice, good temperature and great taste.

Lost our order in the system tried to give us the wrong order several times. Then picked up that the transaction didn't go through took way too long. And the ice lattes are sugar filled swill

Someone else's order, then our order was wrong I mean literally 3 people there. Needs more training

Really great play area for kids! Best one I have ever seen at Macca's and it's fully enclosed so absolutely no chance of getting wet in winter. Very slow service here but play ground makes up for it

They still have the chicken pieces here yay! Less salty than the Colonels and Yummmo.

Apart from that I was served quickly after ordering on the app.

ProTip: Park away from the drivethru so you dont spend half an hour waiting for the queue to get out of your carpark!

Terrible service, slow drive thru and the food was incorrect.
Would rather go to another restaurant then this one.

Rude kids on drive thru. After seeing them be yelled at by management about the current happy meal Toy restrictions, I'm not surprised these kids are unhappy.

Went to drive thru @ 11 pm last night just to find out that no one is attending it. Had to go inside the restaurant to order. When I asked about drive thru, there excuse was the staff attending it went home without informing anyone and no one was having the headset. What a joke! They don't want to even apologise for it.

Another good place, we just about live here with our gatherings needless to say, food service and atmosphere is great here

Such bad service, I waited 15 minutes inside and then asked at the counter where my order was and a lady came to the counter and then left me and I waited at the counter for a minute or two but then went back to waiting on a stool with ny son.

Another 5-10 minutes went past and I went back to the counter and asked loudly is anyone helping me as I have been waiting for 20 minutes. The same lady said she was on drive through duty (how was I supposed to know that?) Anyway finally I got my order and left. Moral of the storyis don't go on a Tuesday night and don't go inside as you are second best to Uber Eats.

Best Maccas Iced coffee. Decent food, definitely better than some other Maccas I’ve tried, including ones in CBD. Have nothing to complain so far

When we got there the carpark/drive through was absolutely packed. Didn't think we would get a seat inside but it seemed nearly all the traffic was for the drive through. The kids from our school soccer team had a great time on the playground but they did eat all their food. Even the young girl on her first shift made it through ok and no meals were messed up. Well done Mcdonalds

It was a cool dark night early in spring, and I had decided to take a break from my usual pastime of staring into the void; for a spontaneous and uncharacteristic bit of hedonism. As I drove towards the golden arches I felt the child within me illuminated and excited, and my mind went back to all those years ago when my mother would take me for the weekly mcdonalds trip after football training.

There was only one source of nourishment which could quench my yearning for yum, and it was an Oreo Mcflurry twisted to the brim with delicious vanilla soft serve, lathered in a layer of rich chocolate fudge, with a rigid and crisp chocolate flake thrust into the centre like excalibur in its stone!

My order was taken with great haste and no confusion, as was the service also friendly, direct, prompt and over all pleasing. I received my order and with not a minute to waste head homeward for my refreshment.

However, there was just one small problem. My heart sank as I looked down to what could only be described as underwhelming. My delicious dreams were shattered, as I received but barely even half a cup of delicious cream. While I must admit even though it was tarnished with the bitterness of corporate greed, it was delicious; but I was just only getting warmed up and it was all over.

Typical Maccas, good prices, quick service and great coffee. This place was clean and had friendly staff. No compliants really.

Definitely one of the better outlets, clean and tidy with a very nice playspace for kids and they're pretty accurate with orders.

Food is awful chips soggy and cold burger I had was also cold and they only just made it.lucky they make great coffee or I would never go there
