McDonald's Renmark

It’s a McDonald’s. They’re all pretty much cut and paste these days. It was a quiet weekday so there weren’t many people so our food came out quick.

Food was nice and hot and we got what we ordered.

Staff were not busy at all Tables were dirty toilets were filthy took longer than any other MacDonald's to get order

The service was good. Using the self ordering screen made my last visit easier. However the chips were too oily compared to other chips I've tasted.

Absolutely disgusting burgers, lettuce was brown and welted from sitting in the heat too long. Manager cares more about flirting with staff then product quality, won't be coming back.

I found the restaurant to be clean, and the staff are always polite and helpful. The food as always, was delicious!

Get your team to read the orders before handing out to customers! And make sure everything is in the bag. Sick of getting home and something is missing! Order taken 13th March, around 10.30pm

Fell at the step near the door. No damage thankfully thanks to the hand rai thought it should be a wheelchair access door.

I dislike every time l drive thru Maccas they ask if I'm using the Maccas app! No l am not! Just take my order and I'll be on my way. Thankyou.

Worst maccas I’ve ever been to, everything just thrown into the bag, nearly every order is missing something and staff are lacking all enthusiasm

Went through the drive through and the intercom not working and could not order due to this. Tried telephoning them and no answer. Had to get out the car and interrupt the other order lane to get any help. Poor poor service. They should be ashamed.

Depends on the crew on a particular shift some days excellent service, other days good enough. Overall, good service. Conveniently located along the road, near a petrol station, next to Hungry Jacks inside OTR selling Krispy Kreme donuts. Has a kids play area, good toilets and ample parking spaces. Drive thru available.

People need to chill out woth how they review fast food, these poor kids are on minimum wage and being overworked and on time limits for making your food (all fast food not just here). Great service yall keep it up!

Today isn't a good day to go to McDonald's Renmark. They over charged me wouldn't give me a refund and then didn't give me my whole order. The refund they should have given me was for a salted caramel frape which I didn't receive.

Stood at counterfor 5 minutes waiting to be served because i didnt want to order on the screen. No one served me so had to use the screen. Didnt work properly and not intuitive. Ordered a nedium meam but still had to select the size drink i wanted. Staff were rude and grumpy. She shorted us a hashbrown and it was like we had made themistake. Terrible place.

Absolutely ridiculous. Two girls (Alice and another brown hair girl) standing, chatting away while I waited for my food. Completely disgusted when one sat on the food bench. Never coming back. Bad look for Renmark. (10th February)

Drive through was the worst experience I have ever had. Team member was very rude and basically threw the food at me.
You have a photo of a young girl in the windows asking to be respectful, practice what you preach. Haven't been there for some time, wont be going back.

Rode bike in for a coffee and snack. Some serious storm damage after Saturday, Even the sign had crashed to the ground. Good coffee.

Inexperienced, rude, dirty, cold food, dont get a simple order correct, order (of what you do get) thrown together, thrown into the bag

Wife and I popped in for a Coffee at 330pm today, site was dirty rubbish on floors and tables and seats not wiped or clean. Coffee was bitter and would have to be the worst coffee of any site I have been to. For a site that had a covid hotspot last week it's a shame it was not clean.
