Edit: Four years since my original review. This time I've been in the waiting bay for 10 minutes because I asked for a different sauce on my burger. Fortunately they paid up with an Oreo McFlurry. Not all bad
5 times I repeated an altered order and they still got it wrong! Sure, I could go around and complain, but that defeats the entire purpose of ‘fast food’ and the convenience it’s supposed to offer.

I mean the restaurant was good, however one of the workers were kind of rude and inconsiderate, that girl with the colossal eyelashes. I mean the rest of the place is good to be honest.

Advertising as 24/7 yet arrive at 4: 50am with an app order for a coffee to be told by the man in drive through he can’t take any orders. Are you 24/7 or not?

Food and customer service were fine. I just wonder why they didn't keep the tables and chairs clean enough.

Absolute nonsense school goers handling this branch. No manners on how to handle customers and selling stale and overcooked food.

Went through the drive-through, the person who answered didn’t even know what they had on the menu and didn’t know what she was doing, got to the window to pay, there was only one person on the window for the drive-through, she ignored me so went to the next window, got told I had to go up and around to order my food again. Worse customer service I have ever been too for a drive through.

Much improved on how long it takes to make a coffee. I took my chance in trying this location out again and several times since it’s much quicker early in the morning on a weekend. Thank you!

Love the new styled stores, very minimalistic but super comfortable. The staff were awesome and food was very fast and exactly what we ordered! Will definitely be back!

Low quality burgers that taste the same all over the world. I have no issues with this particular branch, except the fact that everytime I came to Macca's I regretted my decision.

Dirty toilets, bland food, fast service. If you like to eat burgers that taste like paper, come to Macca's or Hungry Jack's. If quality matters to you, go to any other restaurant or cafe that serves Burger. I suppose the playground is what wins 50% of their customers.

I witnessed how a bad guy went into an argument with the staff, the way the guys handled it was in respectable professional manner. Well done! And special thanks for *crispy* hashbrowns.

Service and wait time is ridiculous especially for a fast food outlet.my order has always been wrong.

Was a good Burger today.

When the burger meat is cooked and a bit dryer And it's not dripping and running down your arm.

Drive thru get busy busy during peak hour but the service you get is good. Quality of service varies as some day you can get your meal quick, others have to wait at the designated waiting spot. But overall good.

Ordered 2 happy meals and did not receive toys. Their excuse? “We ran out”. Well you should have said that when I ordered! Very unhappy.

Don't you guys realise the fries are not full when they are served? How much does the fries cost like seriously mcdonald.do some quality control.

When you order a Chocolate Sunday and get a Chocolate Soft Serve Icecream, can only mean that staff didn't listen to customer.

Order was wrong again. Ordered double quarter pounder and got single, rest of order was correct. Spent $44 no receipt offered from machine.
