McDonald's Port Augusta

Disorganised, Rude Service, bins full, tables not cleaned, rubbish.

The machines were out of paper, so no receipts.waited almost 30 mins for cold food.

This Maccas would have to be the worst in Australia. Always slow and toilets are always filthy. Ypu do the online ordering like they want and still take nearly 20 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and a filet of fish. Surely someone from head office should come here and find out what is wrong the joint. This isn't an isolated case. READ YOUR REVIEWS.

Probably the slowest drive-through I've ever experienced, and the food was warm at best.

Been here 3 times in 4 months and the toilets are always dirty and very smelly. Also the restaurant are is untidy and tables and floors not cleaned regularly.

Food is average Macca's food. Kids play area is good. My son enjoys it. Slot of the times the drive through is dreadfully slow. As in waiting 10-15 mins in line to get food

Going to MCDONALD'S in Port Augusta is like a hit and miss depending on who takes your order and to the delivery of your order. Some times you get a good run-through and no mistakes and other times every thing goes completely wrong. So remember ask for your receipt then you have a leg to stand on

Just like to commend the young trainee serving at 1715 31/8/23. Excellent customer service. Polite with a smile despite how busy it was and to top it off wished everyone a nice day once meal delivered.

Can get very busy with a limited waiting area, but the staff work efficiently so there is minimal wait.

Usual McDonald's standard. Self service unit was out of receipt paper. Just stopped in for a snack. Received everything we ordered, tasted good! Tried ordering frozen Coke No Sugar, but self-service unit wouldn't allow me to select it. Was good overall, just a couple of little things detracted from it.

It was fresh and nicely done and the employees were very nice best part was the food the food was made quickly and done greater than usual

Clean as they all are.always a good place to stop and have a bite to eat and get a good coffee.

Coffee to forget, That is why we have not been for five or six years.

Clean store, with friendly efficient staff members makes the dining experience more pleasant especially after a long early morning drive. The breakfast option I ordered was delicious. Keep up the great work.

Chips were cold and undercooked, heaps of people standing around not adhering to social distancing. Just pretty grim.

Double charged me. After I complained, I was contacted by them. But when I called back, the staff who answered my call didn’t know anything. He said they would contact me back, but they haven’t

Cold Big macs half filled cokes and ripped me off 2 apple pies. Didn't notice until we were half an hour away about the apple pies. Horrible service. Very unhappy. Live over 400km away and needed something to eat. Dont bother with this place

The lighting in this store is horrid, looking at people in high definition with mayo over their face scoffing down burgers under labratory lighting, freaky

Food was cold and very poor quality and wrapping.basically wasn't even worth wrapping my muffins.cold.looked like they (staff) really didn't care at all.reatrooms disgusting.mentioned the condition to a staff member but.didnt care.never go back again.ill pay a bit.more and go to a cafe to get my breakfast.overall very poor maccas.

This is our favourite Maccas restaurant. Always go when we are in Pt Augusta. Lovely staff. Lovely food. Lovely restaurant. Xxxx
