19Been there 3 times and every time chip's were stale and cold. Coffee also cold, never again.
This is the slowest maccas in the world. Free your calendar if you plan to come here. Just the worst. I could milk a cow and make my own thick shake quicker. 4 drinks = 20 minutes
Slowest service in Adelaide. 4 people in drive through. Still took them 15 mins for a meal & 2 happy meals
The reviews for this store are low and I know why. Unfortunately I didn’t realise this until I tried this location. From ordering to receiving my meal was 18 minutes with only no apology but with missing and wrong items and cold food.
Turns out the franchise owner of this restaurant is the same one that owns the Melrose Park restaurant. And if you look at my review for that one, you’ll know it’s the worst maccas I’ve been to period. And now this one is now 2nd to that.
6 visits and they still haven't filled an order correctly. Always something missing. Twice the meat patty was missing from the burger! Service is very slow. No guidance from their managers.
Ice latte straight milk, ice choc straight milk, cold ahh fries, no vanilla ice cream: (, also forgot our cheeseburger, not on man, not on at all.
Despite being a brand new store the food especially the cold hard cardboard like fries was atrocious
The chicken and cheese I ordered was so cold it was nearly wet. Fries were the same. For a new McDonalds I expecting better. I guess maccas is maccas

Waited 15 minutes for a soft serve and a frozen coke. When I asked for my meal they responded with attitude.
Better check the order items. I order pancakes and didn't come with butter and syrup, as well as my mac sauce also missing. I don't know about take away order. They are more pay attention to the drive through order and lesser dine in guests. Great location next to Pasadena Food land and OTR.
Lovely staff, clean restaurant but we got soft serves and they were so very tiny, never had one so tiny before!
Nice new store with friendly staff and good service. Food is pretty good. This is now my preferred Maccas over the Kings Park store on Goodwood Rd.
I'm disappointed that a manager and several staff from the Kings Park store have posted poor reviews about this store. I wonder what their motive is. Very unprofessional, Madan.
New store, terrible customer service, consistently missing food or just giving wrong drinks, then just for rock hard chips and terrible burgers.

Cold fries after a long wait and a messed up order. At one point the manager was trying to blame me for the problem when it was already abundantly clear that the issue was entirely with them. One star for the burger which was fine and one star for the kids play area.
Fastest breakfast crew I’ve seen. Props to making sure they opened with trained staff. 10/10
