McDonalds Mount Gambier / McDonald's

Very disappointing. Very unclean. Dirty floors behind counters. In the cafe area it was much worse. There was bottles of milk sitting in a mess where they had spilt on the counter. I had ordered 2 cuppachinos but on tasting it didn't taste nice. I went up to the counter and they replaced it. It still tasted awful. (Proba bly not cleaned) When I looked around the coffee machine area and it was very dirty. The staff member was wiping the sprouts with a really dirty rag. I understand that they may have been busy but customers deserve to have food that is prepared in a clean safe environment. (I threw the 2nd cup away). The airconditioner vents where you sit need a good clean. Shame on you maccas

Has McDonalds stopped putting pickles and onions on their cheese burgers? I asked for 2 with EXTRA pickles and onions, in one I got no onion and 2 pickles, on the other I got a little onions and 1 pickle, the staff where nice though. As per usual make sure to check your order before you leave, they forgot to pack the chicken nuggets and packed the wrong sauce.

Staff need more training to read the grill instructions. Bad luck if people have allergies as they clearly don’t read the orders. Ask for no tomato and no onion.receive a burger full with both that has clearly been sitting around for a while and is very cold. Bit of a laugh when the label on top clearly states no to both. Has happened the past 3 times of going there.

Very slow for 'fast food'. Several times have waited for over 10minutes for a frozen coke. Every time go through drive thru they always get order wrong with at least one or more thinhs ordered

Dirty coffee machines. Using same rag over and over. Dirty rags visible to the eye machines covered in dirt. Can't understand the dirt and how they have no sign in book. Letting people thru without checking. Disgrace to the management and owners.

Not a huge fan of McDonalds but its always a trusty place to go to get food.its a good McDonalds meal so overall not good but not bad

I've always had great experiences with this McDonald's my orders are always correct. Only downfall and this is all drive thrust here in Mount Gambier is long lines.

Best coffee in South Australia i can say. Last time we came to mt gambier had a coffee here and the taste was unforgettable. We are on our way to melbourne but took a detour to all the way only for the amazing coffee. Thanks caffe staff for making our day. Cheers

Wow, this drive through gets busy. But they manage well! Reasonably clean with a great kids playground.

It use to be the best, but lately burgers are not fresh, not hot, fries the same. I drive in before I park find i have second thoughts half the time n drive out.

Pretty average, service is quite slack, half the time you don't get your complete order so have to return to get it.

The staff were very rude the food was cold and the shop was filthy had o ask for the high chair to be cleaned and under our table the was chips and food on the floor from the last people will never go back again and i normally take my grandson for tea every Wednesday night but the last few times its been bad so maccas pull your socks up

Not a good standard or quality of food, always tastes old. I am dairy intolerant and can't have caffeine so the least they could do is ensure they give me the right drink after parking me for 10 minutes but even that was asking too much. Got 5km out of town to find my soy hot choc was a dairy milk coffee. I have an hour commute home and rely on my giot drink for the journey. Will find a new place to get it from now on.

Good food but they contusionsly put unexperienced workers during rush hours which can make for a pretty lengthy wait and cold food.

Got the order wrong, and by the time it was sorted after a long wait, the meals were cold when got back to the car, not happy with the poor service.

Best maccas we have been to! The employees were fabulous, polite, friendly and had manners. The wait wasn’t long even though they were busy. The food was fresh and hot, coffee was great. Only one downfall was there was an eggshell in the egg in the muffin so possibly a little better on the quality control. Overall satisfied with the experience and will be going there whenever we feel like McDonalds in Mount Gambier again.

Don't ask for no onion. Cos they put it on more than usual, every time. If you ask for no alterations, they put less onion than average. I can't win. I don't know if they're like, oh here comes that guy in the wagon, let's make the opposite of what he wants so he stops coming back.

How many times do I have to order sauce and get none one the drive thru! How many times do I order fresh chips? ! How many times does this quick easy takeaway have to take to taste like a quick easy takeaway?

Sad decline in quality & taking advantage of limitations customers face to complain. After lining up in queue for takeaway order, my coffee was all milk and sorely lacking in coffee and my ordered 2x hash browns became only one in the bag which was cold. I only discovered the poor quality and counting error once I was down the road.

DIRTY FLOORS, OVERFLOWING RUBBISH BINS & UNCLEANED TABLES.
PLUS my burger looked like it was thrown at the box from a metre away during assembly.
Manager seemed more concerned with their own appearance than the cleanliness of the store.
If I could rate less than 1 star I would.
