McDonald's Hollywood Plaza

Absolutely horrible service.i’ve tried calling 3 times to get my order made fresh.no one picked up not once.my food will be cold and old by the time it arrives

Soft drink machine wasnt working let me order and gave me my drinks and they were flat as flatter then pancakes food was ok

Hollywood Plaza food hall. Saturday morning, popped in for breakfast. The absolute worst Bacon and egg muffin I have ever had at Macca's. Muffin was so old, hard as a rock and tasted like cardboard. Also asked for ketchup to be added, wasn't so I had to ask for sachets. The one star is for short wait time. I will not be going back.

Its just evident that the size of the burgers are getting smaller all the time, even at your opposition.

This McDonald's is the pits. Someone could get sick eating here. Ordered a cheeseburger with no pickles due to allergy and what do they do, you guessed it they put pickles on. The third time in less than two weeks. Never again will I go there.

Worst experience, ordered with app, while waiting at the counter my order was sitting there for an unacceptable amount of time, when I enquired why the sales girl stated she was waiting for a lid for the sundae. It was ready to go accept for as lid, which I removed anyway. The burger was cold, the sundae melted. Worse McDonald's I ever had.

Bought a soft-serve ice cream it was so hot. They are just as good as they were 30 years ago. Some things don't change thank goodness.

Staff were talking amongst themselves at the counter whilst people were waiting to be served. The manager with the blonde hair has absolutely no idea what he is doing. I waited 15 minutes for just a coffee to be made by this guy. All he was interested in was talking to staff and taking on other orders whilst I was waiting for the coffee. I went to different Cafe for the coffee.

Not sure if this store just never has any salt for the chips or if they just refuse to use it, even asking for fresh chips at this store, you will be waiting twice as long and somehow still get cold, saltless fries, the manager there I’m really not sure how he became manager or how he’s stayed there this long because this store is near one of the worst in the area and I’m not sure why they get away with it way more than other stores, maybe it’s because they are in a food court and no drive thru, either way the service, wait time and quality of the food from this store is absolutely garbage, only thing this store knows how to do good is a coffee, that’s it.

The service was okay, but I waited for 20mins when I only ordered 1 meal and a hash brown. My chips were stone cold

I've waited for 15minutes and What I ordered is large double quater but I got mc chicken, the coke was so soak outside. What a waste of money.

Whenever I buy a meal, the 'large' fries barely contains enough fries to fill a small size. This happens nearly every single time and every time I buy some, its less. This is ridiculous. If it happened once in a while, I wouldn't care. But its obviously done deliberately. Not coming here ever again.

Took forever for my one apple pie to come out. Also ordered a sundae, which they made first. Seven orders and fifteen minutes later. No thanks. The sundae had melted after five minutes outside. They put it in a freezer instead of giving a new one. At least the premade apple pie tasted good. All they had to do was heat it up and they couldn't get that right.

Nuggets and fries are always hot and fresh.
I've never had bad fries from here, idk what you guys do differently but they're great.
Staff are friendly, I don't mind the wait.
It's funny people want to complain about waiting, but they're waiting for hot, fresh food.
I'd rather wait a few more minutes for a good meal than receive something terrible instantly

Been coming here for 20+ years now and doesn't disappoint. Sometimes their slow. They do real nice fries here and I've never really had burnt cardboard fries here like I have at a majority of McDonalds.

Ice Cream and frozen coke machine are NEVER working is i have to go to the other maccs where all the eshays are so i almost got rolled.i think you need a better mechanic or get better machines

Worst meal. Chips and gravy half full in box. Burger was empty. Meat and sauce. Where's the quality. Port Adelaide maccas shame.

So devastated to see my favourite worker leave. Her name was Alyssa and she was so kind and patient and it was obvious she genuinely cared about her job. She was such a friendly face and was always smiling. Will miss being served by her. Im never coming back.

Excellent service, hot food and great fries because they clean their vats regularly. They listen properly when they serve you.
